If you’re getting more than a couple items, you’re cooked. Expect at the very least a 10 minute wait. They will tell you to go park in a waiting spot and proceed to serve people with smaller orders to get their drive-thru times faster. If the food was fresh, maybe it would be worth it, but nope. Cold and hard. Absolutely terrible quality control from the Stanton family franchise.

This McDonald’s has gone downhill. I always ask for extra pickles – does 1 to 2 pickles seem like “extra”? Often times when we order a Diet Coke I’ll receive a regular Coke, which is problematic because my husband is a type 1 diabetic and this can raise his blood sugar. On Friday, I ordered a Diet Coke and was given a flat Dr. Pepper with no ice? They need to be better about giving the correct customizations and drink orders. I will say, the ladies that bring my food out curbside are always friendly.

You can tell a lot about how a location by a simple order with specific directions. I tried my experiment this morning at this location and found an incredible staff that worked quickly and efficiently and before I left I had hot breakfast.

Stooped in to have breakfast and work on emails. ALL OUTLETS HAVE BEEN CAPPED OFF.. very frustrating that Jeff Stanton would make this choice for his franchise.

Went to the drive thru. When we got home we checked the bag. My son’s food was there, asked for no pickles but it had pickles. My husbands food was there, Ordered a double cheese burger but got a single burger. But my order wasn’t. So I can’t rate the food.

I ordered a Filet o Fish meal and the product that I received was DISGUSTING in Appearance and was inedible. I have photos. The product should have NEVER left the kitchen this way. I sat in the drive-thru line at the window for about 8 mins. I want an Explanation and I’m going to do a Review. No Customer should be treated this way. Would this be Acceptable for Jeff Stanton to be Served?

The customer service experience is gets worse and worse with every visit. Every single visit the food is never ready (no exaggeration ) they have you pull up and wait 10-15 minutes at a time. I truly believe they forget about you because I’ve had to go in multiple times to retrieve my food. I will not be returning .

Ordered through mobile app as there was a long line that wasnt moving. Should have realized that as a red flag. Sat in parking spot 8 for 20 min waiting for our order. Noticed that absolutely none of the cars had moved in the 20 mins we were waiting….even the cars that were there before us. Multiple people tried to leave but were stuck in the order lanes. We finally found an opening and left after 30 mins waiting for our order we never received. I’d like a refund for the amount we wasted.

The food is what it is, but the problem is how they run their drive thru. Having people pull into a “Reserved Drive Thru” spot to wait no less than 10 minutes for food that takes 30 seconds to assemble and put into a bag kills me.
