You can order via app at table, via kiosk, or at counter. I order at the counter. The young lady was polite, yet very quiet.
You get a table tent with a number on it. They don’t give you a cup. They bring the drink out with the food. So, if’n you’re thirsty, hang tight, no drink machines in the dinning area. So if you run out of drink, hang tight, you’ll have to wait for someone behind the counter to get more.
I used to enjoy going into McD’s, yet after today, I’ll reserve comments until after i eat.
I got the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes. Everything was hot and actually delicious. For $9.72, it was very good. I believe I’ll return.
By the way, the design of the parking lot and drive-thru is a bit different. You are pretty much guaranteed to have to walk thru the drive-thru line.

This complaint is for the manager/employee Keysha.
In the process of trying to order through the drive through, she became agitated and made racists comments towards us. She told us to “go back to our country and come back with papers”. When asked why she would say something like that she responded that it is because we “sound like people who don’t have papers”.
Having the gall to say something like this is astounding. This shameful and appalling behavior reflects badly on this location, this company, and especially on her. The entirety of all the interactions with her were disappointing, infuriating and utterly offensive.
Her superficial apology after being confronted for saying these things was reprehensible. She is there to perform a job, not to make disgusting and ugly comments towards other people. If she cannot keep her vile comments to herself, she has no business being in customer service. Thoughtless, hateful words have consequences—do better.

I ordered at the drive through and ordered an egg McMuffin, no meat. I am allergic to pork. I said it twice and confirmed with the girl on the headset. Got up to the window and the cashier said “no cheese”. I corrected him, he couldn’t understand English. I said it three times, he finally said “no meat, yes”. I got my sandwich, meat and egg. My large coffee was a medium. Last time I received a coffee there they handed it to me using the cup, I had to take it by the lid. It was t even on!! Coffee and creamer went all over me, my console, gear shift, and floor. The guy just shut the window and walked away. This was my last trip there. Never again.

Well I hate to be writing this but. Time after time after time. I go to this location and when you tell the driver through order taker what you want. . And on the screen it’s not right and you try to correct them , they say I got. You I got you . I was like ok . Get my order and didn’t. Get what I order again. Simple things can be done. Listen to the customer and correct it and better training and better workers . I know it’s no glamorous job but. Do it with pride. Give little more care can make audience

Paid in advance on the app, was told they couldn’t find my order so I showed proof or order and payment and instead of fixing the problem they asked me to order again, which means I would have to pay again. Kept telling me to cancel order but come to find out the order couldn’t be cancelled because they had already accepted it despite claiming not to find it. Management was defensive and combative and made no effort to right the situation, would not provide any proof we would be given a refund and we had to leave without our order. Two managers stood there stating blank face at me making zero effort to right the situation. Obviously no training on customer service is given here and they couldn’t seem to understand why I would be upset that I paid $30 for an order they refused to fix and couldn’t cancel.

McDonald’s, this is my last complaint, ever.

Your customer feedback was limited to 1200 characters. That did not give me enough characters to describe exactly how much I dislike what your company has become, so here is my entire complaint.

What could you have done better?

You could have given me my correct order tonight.
I did not receive the triple cheeseburger I ordered.
I received a double quarter pounder with cheese instead but I cannot eat the sesame seed bun on a QP.
I did not receive any honey mustard sauce.
I did not receive straws for our drinks.
The temperature of all the food when I picked it up was just slightly warm and it cooled very quickly.
The fries were not warm, they were not crispy, they were room temperature and limp.

This will be my last order placed at any McDonald’s.
I have refrained from purchasing food from any McDonald’s in 2025 because my order is always incorrect, regardless of the method I use to place my order.
I placed an order this evening as a very special surprise treat for my 2 teenagers, 1 of whom is sick. In doing so, I was giving your company a last chance to do things right and to earn my future business by placing my order via your app.

Your company blew their chance.
My order was wrong.
I will never order from your company again.
I will not purchase your food for my future grandchildren.
I will not purchase any of your company’s products for my nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, in-laws, friends or coworkers.
I will make sure any fast food purchases made in my vehicle will be your closest fast food competitor.
I will convince every child I come in contact with in my future that McDonald’s is the worst value and they should never ever buy from your company.
My children will tell their friends that your company is not a good value. I do not have to tell them to do this, your company is NOT a good value to them because you have not treated them well.

I do not want coupons for free McDonald’s food.
I do not want a call nor an email.
I DO want to tell you that your company is AWFUL now and if you keep treating customers the way you do, I hope you lose them all.
I know of many other people who are giving up on McDonald’s.
People are getting fed up and not by eating your food, they’re fed up with your companys shotty practices.

Goodbye McDonald’s.

Opened just 3 weeks ago. I live right next to it and decided to come for breakfast dine in. Parking is horrible as you have to walk around the drive through. Not safe. Got inside and went to order. Was told that computers dont work and i have to place order at the kiosk. OK. Did that. Went to pick up stop and herd two employees talking to each other how they hate their managers. Then they asked me if i needed help. I told them i am waiting for my order they told me to move over farther to pick up spot. That was like 5 feet farther. I guess they didn’t want me to hear them. Got my order as to go but i specifically selected for here. No catchup given and had to ask them. There is no catchup stend, so nothing available you have to ask for everything. Food was good but service horrible. The only smile i got was from custodian who was trying to open the door with a fork as someone forgot to instal the handle on the closet door. Will come back probably. Next year. I will stick to other food places. Managers need to manage this place better, you have a brand new start. If you start horrible, you will never fix it later.

New McDonald’s. Staff was friendly. Received my order quickly. Have few cashiers/order takers. Based on the layout McDonalds would like you to place your order at one of many Kiosk. You can still walk up to a cashier to place your order but I think there’s only one.

everytime i come up there they always make my food wrong , i simply ask for only pickle on my burger and they cant even do that and i kid you not its everytime. i wont be eating at this location again , obviously the workers dont take their job seriously either with the attitudes when i ask for ketchup that they were supposed to give me with the meal i ordered.
