You get a table tent with a number on it. They don’t give you a cup. They bring the drink out with the food. So, if’n you’re thirsty, hang tight, no drink machines in the dinning area. So if you run out of drink, hang tight, you’ll have to wait for someone behind the counter to get more.
I used to enjoy going into McD’s, yet after today, I’ll reserve comments until after i eat.
I got the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes. Everything was hot and actually delicious. For $9.72, it was very good. I believe I’ll return.
By the way, the design of the parking lot and drive-thru is a bit different. You are pretty much guaranteed to have to walk thru the drive-thru line.
In the process of trying to order through the drive through, she became agitated and made racists comments towards us. She told us to “go back to our country and come back with papers”. When asked why she would say something like that she responded that it is because we “sound like people who don’t have papers”.
Having the gall to say something like this is astounding. This shameful and appalling behavior reflects badly on this location, this company, and especially on her. The entirety of all the interactions with her were disappointing, infuriating and utterly offensive.
Her superficial apology after being confronted for saying these things was reprehensible. She is there to perform a job, not to make disgusting and ugly comments towards other people. If she cannot keep her vile comments to herself, she has no business being in customer service. Thoughtless, hateful words have consequences—do better.
Your customer feedback was limited to 1200 characters. That did not give me enough characters to describe exactly how much I dislike what your company has become, so here is my entire complaint.
What could you have done better?
You could have given me my correct order tonight.
I did not receive the triple cheeseburger I ordered.
I received a double quarter pounder with cheese instead but I cannot eat the sesame seed bun on a QP.
I did not receive any honey mustard sauce.
I did not receive straws for our drinks.
The temperature of all the food when I picked it up was just slightly warm and it cooled very quickly.
The fries were not warm, they were not crispy, they were room temperature and limp.
This will be my last order placed at any McDonald’s.
I have refrained from purchasing food from any McDonald’s in 2025 because my order is always incorrect, regardless of the method I use to place my order.
I placed an order this evening as a very special surprise treat for my 2 teenagers, 1 of whom is sick. In doing so, I was giving your company a last chance to do things right and to earn my future business by placing my order via your app.
Your company blew their chance.
My order was wrong.
I will never order from your company again.
I will not purchase your food for my future grandchildren.
I will not purchase any of your company’s products for my nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, in-laws, friends or coworkers.
I will make sure any fast food purchases made in my vehicle will be your closest fast food competitor.
I will convince every child I come in contact with in my future that McDonald’s is the worst value and they should never ever buy from your company.
My children will tell their friends that your company is not a good value. I do not have to tell them to do this, your company is NOT a good value to them because you have not treated them well.
I do not want coupons for free McDonald’s food.
I do not want a call nor an email.
I DO want to tell you that your company is AWFUL now and if you keep treating customers the way you do, I hope you lose them all.
I know of many other people who are giving up on McDonald’s.
People are getting fed up and not by eating your food, they’re fed up with your companys shotty practices.
