This store is absolutely the worst of any experience with a fast food chain I have ever had. The customer service is horrible (if you can find someone to talk to…they all hide in the kitchen). They are super slow. No reason it should take almost an hour for any McD order. This happened on multiple occasions. I understand things happen and showed patience after the first instance. Today I placed a mobile app order and got an alert that the food was ready. When I showed up there was no food ready (afree waiting for an additional 20 minutes for a staff person to come out from the back) and then the staff couldn’t find my order even when presented with my receipt and order number as well as the charge to my card. I ultimately left with no food after a waste of my time. 3 strikes and you’re out. Be warned.

On multiple occasions, I have visited this location around dinner time and specifically requested that my food be prepared fresh (cook-to-order); however, this request has consistently been disregarded. Each visit has resulted in cold food that is evidently not freshly prepared. This is not an isolated occurrence but rather a repeated and concerning pattern.
The continued failure to provide hot, fresh food raises significant concerns about the restaurant’s quality control procedures and managerial oversight. As a paying customer, I expect established brand standards to be upheld. Repeatedly serving cold food falls well below those expectations and undermines confidence in the location’s operations.
It is particularly disappointing that, although I live closer to this restaurant, I now choose to travel elsewhere because I cannot rely on it to provide acceptable service. Customers should not feel compelled to inconvenience themselves to receive properly prepared food. This location needs immediate attention and improvement. I sincerely hope management addresses these recurring issues before more customers lose confidence entirely.

I would say I give this place nine out of 10 for clean appearance and restrooms. There was a 5 minute wait for my order. I dined in. I took a couple pictures and read a couple reviews. Yes there is one employee that seemingly has an attitude. I don’t know if it’s a language barrier but, when a customer was walking towards the opening in the front and had the right away. Be kind. It goes a long way.

First the food it was The typical McDonald meal. Same taste same temperature. I got a damn question, why does every McDonald’s treat ketchup like it’s commodity or Bitcoin. When I asked for some ketchup that went with the fries, I got an attitude. We all know where they added to came from. It was ever so slight but it was attitude. Let me save you some steps. If one person order fries then give them two to three packages so they won’t have to ask you all the time. This happens at every McDonald’s.

And they wonder why people stop going there. They head over to Chick-fil-A where they bend over backwards to make you happy.

Slight correction: I think for that one individual, they’re unaware of what they’re doing. As I left they asked me if I wanted to refill. Hey I’m honest alright.

Another thing I believe that is happening, there’s no employee to customer interaction except for delivering food. So there’s no human connection. Some customers will put a smile on their faces or tell a joke. But the only thing they hear is I need this I need that. So I’m going to bump the service up to three. Which is average.

Been over a year since we stopped at a McDs. Went in but saw noone even after waiting and using the restroom. No biggie, we were hungry so we hopped back in the car to use the drive-thru. Service was pleasant and quick but both orders were off – included pickles and bacon . Taste was still great and just how we remembered it! They even had cookies iykyk.

There was no sales associate available to assist customers at the front counter, as this McDonald’s location exclusively utilizes self-service ordering kiosks. Additionally, there is no self-service beverage fountain accessible to customers. I ordered a small Sprite and hsd a 15-minute wait for its preparation.

I ordered a McRib 2 weeks ago and when I got home it was awful. So I called but no one answered. So today 2 weeks later I come back to order food i shared pictures of the McRib to managers Rosie she just said she was here two weeks ago and walked off. Then I needed help with the board to order a manager name Jackson came out with an attitude and tried to get smart with me because I had said I wanted fresh food. He was offended because I had shared my last experience with them both. Well I left and will never return to this place the Mexican woman Rosie and the white man Jackson are both unconscious about customer service and customer care. In pictures the bread was old and soggy. The meat was nasty and not cooked properly. The sandwich was a disaster to eat. I ended up throwing up and throwing it away. No answers the phone and the managers don’t care. New place but sorry employees..Don’t be fool…

The order took too long, they charge extra .10 for what they call a medium lemonade then will not give refills and no one is at the front to help customers. All the employees were having a “meeting” in the dining area, my husband and another lady waited over ten minutes to be helped. I work in retail and that’s not even Walmart standards. Just saying.

Me and my girl and our kid was in their last week and our kid was crying because we didn’t have enough for an ice cream cone and the white boy justin was so sweet, he just handed her a cone and told yall its on us this time because yall come through here all the time. I know that girl wouldn’t have done that but regardless he made the right call. Their sweet tea is banging every single time.

Been here 4 times for lunch in the past 2 weeks

TERRIBLE SERVICE , can’t explain the issue with staff because they just walk away or don’t understand….maybe both.

Horribly designed front end, nobody is ever there unless they are handing out food, then they retreat where nobody can get their attention.

Did a mobile order before coming in today.

I was the last served out of 8 people. I walked in first and was basically alone in the restaurant until they brought out a doordash order for someone who wasn’t even there yet.

DO BETTER!

If I was quality control. I’d fire the manager and assistants for a terrible job

OWNERS: get your business back on track. This is crazy. I’ve never seen a place operate so inconsistently and stay open very long.
