I came here around 7am and got breakfast, specifically the two breakfast burrito combo meal. The staff were friendly with me and I was also friendly as well because I like to start off all of my interactions positively, even if the other party starts the interaction off rudely.
I purchased my meal, drove forward, and parked in the “drive-thru” parking spot designated for the drive-thru (obviously). When I drove home with the food however, I opened up the first burrito to see it had what looks like (and now confirmed it is) mold.
It’s one thing to accidentally give someone spoiled food, things happen all the time in the fast food industry, BUT, in the photos I posted, you can CLEARLY see that the mold is all over both burritos. This was not just a silly little “mistake” that the worker may have missed. I’ll also say, this McDonald’s wasn’t even busy at all whatsoever when I drove through, so I’m not sure why they waited longer to give me my food, might’ve had something to do with deciding whether they want to give me mold to eat or be a decent human being and just, I dunno, ask if I want something else?
Thank God I didn’t bite it out if reflex and not noticed?? Absolutely FOUL.
All in all, if you’re out and about and you happen to crave McDonald’s, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Spend your money anywhere else.

Worst place to eat I love McDonald but this site horrible don’t come! Racist service they lit didn’t have ketchup gave me my burger without lettuce and when I complained she said she ran out and then someone else buys one and that one did had lettuce didn’t bring the food to the table made us get up for it I’m ok with that but to other persons she was doing it

***Please do not come here at night***There are homeless people working at this location at night, without a uniform wearing their outside attire and wreaking of urine. When the drive through window was opened for me to pay and also to receive my food, the strong pungent odor of urine, unwashed sweat and dirt came through and the employee was dirty with visibly dirty regular clothes. I’m happy for anyone to have a job but there should be basic hygiene rules when working in the food service industry. Also the food was old and gross. Horrible experience.

3 hours of sleep….. starving…… found a 24 hour. McDonald’s wanted my biscuit and gravy with side of scrambled eggs so bad I could taste …it for it to be cold, burnt And I’ve never seen the eggs have discoloration on them unless they had been sitting for a very long time.I’m extremely disappointed….. First thing in the morning too…. I thought freshness was the utmost importance…..

This is a 24 hour location? NOT SO! Showed up after ordering using the App at 4am heading to work. Was told by drive thru they have no food to serve. They are sold out-cancel my order. Hey owner! Your workers are not serving food in the early morning. Better change your hours to show not just when you are open, but when you are actually serving food in the morning.

Only 2 cars in the drive thru yet somehow I was given 2 apple pies instead of the breakfast sandwich I ordered. Lesson learned. I will make sure to slow down the entire ordering line by doing full inventory of what’s in the bag I am handed before pulling away from the window. Trusting even the simplest task to be completed accurately by this team seems out of reach this morning.

McDonald’s are normally what I would consider a 4 or 5 across the board unless they do something either exceptionally good or less when they did something that is really really bad,… So well this one in Charlotte NC, had some issues that I hope will help get them up to pare with a little constructive criticism! First thing was they were so slow that night, at least they were that way when I got there there were only 2 vehicles ahead of me that hadn’t ordered yet and possibly 4 or 5 that were waiting for their food that was already ordered,… But it took me 27 minutes to give them my mobile order number and get my food and I had already ordered it right before I got there,…but after I got my food and drove about one and a half blocks to get back to the Sleep Inn that I was staying at, I immediately reached in the bag and grabbed 3 or 4 fries,…. And they weren’t only just a little cold, they were pretty much worthless because they weren’t as cold as like having been in the refrigerator,… They were definitely not freshly made and the also didn’t have hardly any salt and not like soggy, but kinda dry to where you’d almost choke on them,… they were really that bad, so I threw them out in the grass so hopefully a bird would be able to eat them in the morning and hopefully they could tolerate eating them,…. Other that them taking so long and then not having decent fries,…. Everything else was okay! Now,…McDonald’s, take my comment and learn from it and do better from now on!!!

My friend and I ordered through the app we were given the incorrect meals, so we went back to get our correct meals. We ordered a simple four piece large fry and a mcchicken. We recieved two nuggets a small fry and two pieces of bread in a chicken wrapped no chicken…Then everyone seemed to have attitudes understandable I hate work too but any job I hate I simply quit (that’s just me tho). I tried to see about getting a refund the app said call the store…why would I call the store when it’s clear that no one cares??? Anyways yall don’t gotta worry about me I will never come here again.

This was the worst experience I ever had at a McDonald’s not only did I pull up and they said they were preparing breakfast at which point they refuse to take my order the cash. The cashier stated they were not closed. After patiently waiting over 45 minutes, I was told that the items that were on the menu on the menu were not available such as eggs, orange juice , coffee. After repeating my order several times I get to the window and the order is still incorrect instead of offering to help or provide a solution. The manager in the work is there told me to pull around and go back to the drive-through and then it was my fault that she did not hear me. Repeat the order over three times. If this is the type of establishment want the service then I recommend go there. I will never recommend this to any of my friends family. I paid 29.50 for a snack wrap meal and a chicken nugget meal which were not edible. The chicken wraps looked like they had been sitting for days.I called about 20 times without any answer. I went back and the manager advised me that they up’d the size on my meals stating “that’s what they do because they make sales.” However, she said that she couldn’t find my receipt so she just recalculated which came up to like 24.00 and she did not offer me the difference back. Mind you, when I got to the window to pay the lady who scanned my card looked at the receipt and told me to just go to the next window.I’m thinking a receipt was going to be in my bag but it was not. She knew exactly what she was doing. And I don’t think that it was that she up’d the size of my meal without me knowing I think she actually put another customer’s order on my ticket/// In response to the owner below..
