I ordered a plain quarter pounder and they gave me a whole half of an onion and pickles everywhere and ketchup. The meat is barely cooked and and they said they’re soda wasn’t working, which is Dr Pepper but tell me how the other drinks still work French fries were cold I did not like the service

I visited McDonald’s with my daughter and had a very disappointing experience. The restaurant was busy, and I was asked to pull up to the additional window for my order to be brought out. When my food arrived, I noticed my daughter’s Happy Meal was missing. I tried to tell the employee at the window, but he closed it so quickly that I couldn’t get his attention.
I parked and went inside to resolve the issue. After waiting for assistance and showing another employee my receipt, he went to check on my missing item. While doing so, I overheard another staff member who appeared to be a manager loudly say that “people like me lie a lot” and that they hadn’t forgotten any food. This was said within my earshot, and it was both disrespectful and unprofessional.
I spoke up and explained how unacceptable it is to call a paying customer a liar especially when I clearly had proof of purchase but everyone suddenly went quiet and ignored me. I left the restaurant feeling disrespected and disappointed.
As someone who has worked in customer service and management, I understand how stressful busy shifts can be, but there’s no excuse for publicly insulting a customer or refusing to acknowledge a mistake. I hope this issue is addressed, and that the staff are reminded to treat customers with basic respect and professionalism.

The manger this morning (8:30a 01/02/26) was unprofessional. She had an attitude because there was a payment issue at the first window. I was happy to hand over my card again but then I was told to move up to the parking spot, I said “without my card?” Mind you there was nobody in line behind me and nothing to wait for cuz she had my frappe in her hand. Comments like “why didn’t she pay back there” and her shooing me up is why this review is so low. Girl. It’s Mcdonalds. It’s not that deep. Kudos to the young man at the window servicing me tho. He was sweet. Promote him to manager and get rid of ole girl.

After work was starving. I went through drive thru ordered bacon quarter pounder with cheese combo with a medium carmel frappe and double cb no pickles. Drove to window paid waited and waited. Finally came to window said grill had been cleaned couldn’t cook anymore burgers. Also out of Carmel for my frappe. Gave me 2 old dried out double cb ff and a tea. They did apologize and say the girl should not have taken my order. Why wasn’t menu on breakfast if they had no more burgers. I was so disappointed. Then to get home and the food isn’t even fit for a dog to eat. So I get to go to bed hungry. $20 down the drain. The food they gave me didn’t even come close to what I spent. I’ll go to Wendy’s next time. They did give me coupon for ice cream like that makes up for 20 minute wait for garbage.

Son was hungry after school….pulled up and the girl in the drive thru (Elsie) stated they had no sodas sweet/unsweetened teas….all they had were bottled waters/lemonafes/shakes etc. So I order my meals with lemonades….both meals had an upcharge and she stated that lemonade was an upcharge…..I said but that’s all you have. She stated thats just how the computer….I said “no….that’s all you have is items you usually upcharge, you should adjust it” she said it’s the computer…I asked for the manager she said she was….the fact that a manager would mismanaged either the availability of teas and sodas and not offer an alternative that didnt charge the customer extra is HORRIBLE service McDonald’s….

Came into this McDonald’s Saturday June 17th at night. First thing I was told is we are short staffed. So I knew it wasn’t going to be a good experience.
We had to wait 15 or more minutes for old fries and cold food
The date on the apples was expired we asked for another pack those as well were expired. We asked for fresh fries got the same looking old fries that’s been re dipped in the oil after they’ve been setting out you could tell.
Also we asked while ordering if the ice cream machine was working and was told they are short staffed so no ice cream. And 5 mins after that the lady gave a ice cream cone to another customer right in front of our face.
If you are going to lie be consistent.
Also while we were there a gentleman was waiting for 45 minutes for his food just to be told that another customer took his food. And had to get a refund. He didn’t have a receipt and the lady just typed of everything he said he ordered and gave a refund. Which shouldn’t be allowed. Because she didn’t refer back to the original receipt. And gave cash back.
The woman that was so called running the dinner room isn’t good multi tasking her words not mine.
Also customers walked in to be told the dining room was closed, but the doors weren’t locked. So you should have went ahead and took that customers order.
Also when we left they had those big bugs everywhere right outside the door.

Came in ordered 2 simple plain Sundaes on the kiosk sat down waited 20 minutes the girl said someone musta took them cause she had been made them nobody came in nor out while we was waiting. Then proceeded to give us 2 melted Sundays with an attitude do better next time

Horrible service! Every time I order w filet-o-fish sandwich I alwayd get one tiny dot of tartar sauce on it. I order 7+ burgers last night and each one has a quarter of an inch of tartar sauce on them. I repeatedly even asked the representative in the drive thru to make sure each burger had enough tartar sayce spread. Despite my request no one cared. I usually spend $50+ here on these burgers and seeing how it went to waste is such a bummer. Non-chicken eaters already have such a limited menu here and then seeing how bad the only option is made just makes us not ever want to come back again. Representatives at pickup window were nice but whoever made these simply did not care about who is gonna eat and if it’ll be worth eating. Not sure if I’d go back again.

Don’t make a promise with a sign if I’m still sitting here almost 15 mins later still waiting on my food .. and yet I am getting stared at by the cashier and no one can come out and ask what I’m waiting for if if I ordered food, 2 minutes into being here it said my food was about to be on it way out took 17 mins then I had to get out and go inside and the food sitting on the counter the whole time. Who does that and doesn’t bring it out to the customer..
