I stopped by this McDonald’s recently and had a really good overall experience. The staff was friendly and greeted me right away, which honestly makes a big difference when you’re grabbing food on the go. My order was taken quickly and accurately, and I didn’t have to wait long at all before receiving my food.
The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, including the dining area and restrooms, which I really appreciate. My food was fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it. The fries were perfectly crispy and salted, and my burger tasted great and was put together neatly.
What stood out most was how efficient and organized everything felt, even during a busy time. The employees were working hard but still remained polite and professional. This location definitely seems well managed.
Overall, this McDonald’s delivered exactly what you hope for — fast service, good food, and a clean environment. I’ll definitely be returning and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a quick, reliable meal.

Why I service so slow at 10:50 pm they make you wait like 10 min in between them taking a customer in each line took me 35 min to get to window for a fry and a milkshake watched three people leave during they time bad for business and I live here but won’t be back that’s for sure. Understand this isn’t a busy time only creating line because of the way there doing business also waited 15 more min at the window for shake and fry they made shake twice because first one was green. This is crazy looking at other reviews this is a major issue. If I was running this McDonald’s I would just not be open late or close it all together word of mouth will eventually end this business if corporate is paying attention they shouldn’t want this place associated with their brand at all.

I used the McDonald’s mobile app to order a BigMac Meal. Nothing else. Simple right? Evidently NOT! My fiance parked in spot 8 for curbside service for over 18 minutes! After waiting that ridiculous amount of time, I suggested that he go inside and ask what was going on with his order. Inside he waited an additional 7 minutes for a McDonald’s employee to hand him the BigMac meal minus his Coca-Cola, so then he has to ask to be given his drink and guess what? He had to wait 3 more minutes just for his fountain drink! A total of 28 minutes for a SINGLE BIGMAC MEAL

His ENTIRE lunch break was spent at McDonald’s waiting for a mobile order that should have been prepared and ready within a few minutes. (reasonably)

SO, I call to ask what happened and for some sort of explanation as to why it took 28 minutes for a mobile order. Female employee answered the phone and after hearing my question, she hands the phone off to some other employee who states “I have no idea what’s going on. I just came in from outside”. So I ask again and then SHE HANGS UP ON ME! HUNG UP THE PHONE! I tried calling back, but of course no one would answer!

This all happened after another situation 2 weeks earlier where I was stuck in the drive thru line for 33 minutes waiting for my order.

The previous order was 1 McChicken and a BigMac Meal!!! I was stuck between cars or else I would have left after the first 10 minutes. I finally make it to the window to get my food and again I’m waiting! This was at 9-10 pm during the week! I ask the young lady what’s going on with my order and her response was to just shrug her shoulders!

38 minutes for drive thru and 28 minutes for a mobile app order? For “fast food”

I do not recommend this particular McDonald’s restaurant to anyone! You’ll waste a half hour of your life waiting for pre-cooked garbage

THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY PUT ALL MCDONALD’S ARE THE SAME NOW IF YOU GO INDOORS EXPECT A LONG WAIT. IT’S THE SAME WAY AT ALL OF THEM. I AM A MYSTERY SHOPPER AND I CAN TELL YOU RIGHT NOW THAT ALL MCDONALD’S ARE THE SAME. THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT AND IT’S A LOT CHEAPER THAN MOST RESTAURANTS. YOU CAN GET FOOD THAT WILL FILL YOU UP HERE FOR LESS THAN $10.
IT IS AUGUST 2025 AND I AM HERE HAVING A BACON DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER.
AS WELL AS WATER AND A CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE.

I stop at this location frequently during my work day as a delivery driver. I usually order on the app as soon as I pull in, go in and use the restroom and most of the time my food is ready and always hot!!! You can tell this location is well managed and is always busy!!

The food that we got was good, but they were out of two items we ordered (we ordered on the kiosk). One they offered to replace, but never brought out the replacement, and the second the just said they were out of and wouldn’t replace. Paid for things we never got.

I walked in to pick up my food and found a half eaten sandwich on the counter where I picked up my food. It was just disgusting. The sign at the front says new ownership new opportunities. But I think with a new ownership there is a lack of cleaning up. The store is a mess. Employees doing what ever they want instead of serving customers and employees using bad language with customers. I believe they need to go back to the old ownership. Service today was awful.
