We waited 15 minutes to get a quarter meal. They had people parked everywhere. Quit parking everyone and serve at the windows. Call in orders were in and out. Drive thru was ignored overflow. Only one older lady taking food to people. She’s my hero. The younger not happy workers stood inside wearing their frowns. DO NOT GO HERE. MISMANAGED.

Extremely slow! Extremely. No employees will talk to you. They expect you to know that you have to order on kiosk. Horrible customer service. No one speaks to you unless you’re in the drive thru or picking up a door dash. Worst McDonald’s experience in long time. They need better employees that understand customer service and communication. They are getting paid to provide a service. The service of convenience. It was a very unpleasant experience.

I was on a long road trip from Georgia with my 3 children when we decided to stop by this McDonalds. I was instantly met with a rude worker while ordering from the drive through, and got the window slammed in my face after receiving my food. The employee barely said a word. Upon unboxing the food, I first noticed that they had not given us straws for our drinks. Strike 1. Next, there was ZERO salt on our fries. How could you mess up your signature food item!? Strike 2. Lastly, the chicken nuggets tasted like rubber and had a rubbery texture, my 7 year old son got sick after eating them! Strike 3. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS! What happened to customer service and quality control? To Chic-fl-a we go!!

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Waited a long time in line behind another customer to place order, no one ever came. Customer ahead of me walked out. Finally placed my order at a kiosk, but it did not give me a receipt. After asking about my order 3 times, I finally got it. Nothing special, just a burger meal combo. The tables and floors are filthy. Trash cans were overflowing. Terrible customer service. I didn’t dare go into the restroom. Fries were cold. Employees didn’t seem to care. Very rude employees. Did not give me a receipt- then didn’t get the order correct. When I asked about my receipt and the additional food that was missing, the first employee said that she didn’t take the order, then walked away. The second employee proceeded to go back and forth with us about the order and realized he was wrong and continued to be very RUDE! Still NO RECEIPT! Customer are what keeps your establishment open. Poor customer service, cold food will shut it down. Your staff needs additional training on how to interact with customers. It’s very uncomfortable to eat food after you’ve had to ask them to make corrections and they become angry.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Made an online order and within 2 mins I had employees coming out saying they were closed and the grills wasn’t on. I couldn’t get my money back. Still can’t get in touch with the manager or franchise owner. I sat and watched them bring food out to their friends after saying they couldn’t cook anything else. Keep in mind this location is supposed to be open 24 hours. Employees were out in the parking lot doing drug deals and smoking weed but can’t manage to do their job. I will never go back to this location. Just want them to know that my kids had to be hungry that night because of this problem.

This place is a JOKE, I had to wait and I guess I parked in wrong area and they never took my food out to my car so I had to go inside to get it. Meanwhile I was waiting a guy comes in from the drive thru saying he been waiting for 20 mins and he wants a refund. Pretty much if they make you park for drive thru don’t plan on getting any food or if you do it will be 20 mins. Let me remind you this wasn’t peak hours!!!
