After working in Charlotte tonight, I stopped here to pick up a few items for my daughter who is sick but wanted McDonald’s. My mistake was to assume that my order was correct after picking it up. When I got home, I realized that my order was missing the fries (2 large fries). I know mistakes can happen but this seems to happen too frequently.
There’s a ticket on the bag that states everything that should be in the bag. Please start paying better attention to the orders. I don’t like wasting money but unfortunately that’s exactly what happened tonight.
Please do better.

Really loved this location when I moved to this area, they never put the sauce on the bagel and I emailed the owner and they said they would look into it and fix it. Still never got it so I spoke to the people that actually work there and they were told the sauce doesn’t come on the egg and cheese bagel which isn’t true and showed them on the app. Even after all that they still won’t put it on so frustrating.

I must say i was happy when the bagels came back. But for some reason some of your locations do not put the sauce on the Steak, Egg, and Cheese Bagels. Which to me the combination of ALL THE INGREDIENTS is what makes the Bagel. I bought 2 of them and I took one bite of it and was very unhappy with the results. So that one went in the trash. I opened the other one I got and it was made the same way. So again it found its way into the trash can. This is so ridiculous. People want $15+ an hour to make sandwiches, but yet they can not do that right so that was $12.38 plus tax wasted. Guess their $15+ an hour is more important than what I make. Their money must be better, because they wasted mine.

McDonald’s what can I say it’s not 5 star food. So I rated it 3 stars not saying that’s nasty at all because the food tasty. Service was fast service was polite food was hot and fresh. Atmosphere was nice futuristic fairly clean but someone needs to Empty two off the trash cans. That’s my review hope you follow me #Willtee oh yeah get that $5 meal it’s the best fastfood ticket out here

The architecture & atmosphere were strange – it was a very dim interior, almost totally silent, no workers were visible anywhere, and it was unclear where to stand while waiting for your order. The man ahead of me was still waiting for his order when I & several others who ordered around the same time had gotten our food, but no one working there had even acknowledged him. The receipt printer gave me a blank sheet of paper, the ketchup was nowhere to be found, and my food was cold. Next time, I’ll just grab something at the Love’s, which was clean & bright with a very pleasant clerk and nice, hot coffee 🙂

Place is run down. Nothing particularly good about this McDonald’s. They will fill your order, but don’t expect much. My wife and I ordered breakfast around 9:45 and it was cold and stale (sausage biscuit and egg McMuffin). The hash brown was fresh and good; so that’s something. Drinks were OK, but this place needs a checkup. No real reason to serve inferior fare, it’s just as easy to get it right as it is wrong. We ended up throwing it away and holding out until we got home.

Longest drive-through weight I’ve ever had in my life took over 45 minutes just to get through the drive-through then they get my order wrong. I order a steak egg and cheese bagel no egg no onion. I’m allergic to onion and they still put onion on my bagel, they refuse to give me another one and cook it fresh with no onion and this place is terrible. The service is terrible and the employees are rude.

Me and my wife were traveling through and stopped in for fried only, we have to wait 30 minutes because they kept telling us that they had orders to pack before us. Once the apologized for the third time forgetting us they finally gave us our fries 10 minutes later. On top of that one of the employees kept saying that she needed to us the bathroom in front of customer which made the customer service experience that much worse.
Yes we finally got our fries after 45 minutes of waiting with attitude

Tonight was my last night going. The white girl at the window digging all in her ears, texting all on her phone, attitude, slamming the window and order was wrong. NO ONE was in front of me. They were not busy at all so I dont understand the lack there of…. do better! I usually come every other day , but I will not be back after what I saw her doing at the window!
