Ordered on the app for curbside pickup. Order came in a timely manner, but not all of it. This is the third consecutive time this has happened. The bring out the order and when I check it something is missing. I go inside to get the rest of the order which takes time so my hot fresh food in the car is not hot and fresh and longer. This is complete carelessness. There is never an apology or any concern whatsoever.

The food was good and made right as per my order. The staff is very friendly and inviting. The dining room was clean. However, it did take a long time to receive my order, which leads me to believe that they are short staffed, at least for the day that I visited anyway. I still would recommend them as everything else was great.

This was a drive through. The quarter pounder with cheese was luke warm. The fries were nice and hot. No one can best McDonald’s fries when they are hot. Friendly service and quick!

Food was terrible and I ordered an Apple Pie they 1-left out bag had to go back and get 2-gave me one that was cold and out of date 3- went back inside after 2 Apple all past time ask for Strawberry and it was past time but warm All these were suppose to habe just come out of the oven! But Manager didn’t have a problem just giving my money back to my card but I haven’t seen that either! Won’t be earting here anymore!

Went at an off peak time. It seemed like there was plenty of help but the wait seemed excessive. The food was hot and fresh as ordered. Staff needs to interact with customers instead of each other.

If you have a newborn baby and a 4 year old apparently you can’t go through drive thru to pick up your already paid for order, they force you to come inside to get it. Not very kid friendly.

I ordered a cheeseburger and received no meat patty: just bread and cheese. On another occasion, i was told they didnt have ice for drinks. This mcd’s is in the same building as a love’s gas station. They could have easily bought ice from love’s. It always smells like marijuana in the parking lot. Employees act thuggish, or have blue hair or men with painted fingernails. Service is notoriously slow. Have a plan for self-defense and safe escape.
