I visited this Brawley School Road location in Mooresville on February 17 at around 12:15 PM with my son. I placed my order through the mobile app while seated at a table and selected table delivery, so the food was supposed to be brought to us.
I understand lunch hour can be busy, but I waited approximately 22 minutes while watching multiple customers who arrived after me receive their food and leave. During that time, a staff member named Justice asked me—while handing out food to others—if I had ordered a kids’ meal. I confirmed that I had, so she was aware I was waiting.
After 22 minutes with no food delivered to our table, I went to the counter. Justice was taking orders for other customers. When the person in front of me finished and it was my turn, she did not acknowledge me or ask how she could help. Instead, she immediately walked away and began preparing food, which appeared to be my order. It seemed the order was only started after I came up to check.
When I received the tray, it was not arranged properly, and as I stepped away, the fries fell onto the floor. There was no apology or assistance. The ice cream did not come with a spoon, and my burger included pickles even though I clearly noted “no pickles” in the order.
Delays during busy hours are understandable. However, the lack of communication, attention to order details, and basic courtesy was disappointing. I hope management reviews this situation and improves the service at this location.

I come here pretty often while I work on certain days. This place is always clean which is good. But the employees avoid you at all cost. Today who I assume was the GM or the DM had to ask me if I was waiting for something, not a single team member asked me but they certainly looked at me with funny looks. When you ask for something to not be on your burger or something don’t expect it to not be there because 9 times out of 10 it’s going to be on and usually they add more than what a normal burger would have on it, it’s like they do it on purpose. I honestly probably won’t be coming back here ever again as this is a normal thing and it’s extremely frustrating. The only things this location has ever gotten right is the chicken nuggets and a milkshake.

How are you still getting my order wrong? Bro I ordered a double quarter pounder WITH bacon and you couldn’t even put the bacon on the damn sandwich.
I’m not even coming back. Just charging back the whole meal now. I’ll keep doing that until orders start being right. If no one cares then neither will I.
I am not looking for free shit. Just want my order to be right.
Side note: they didn’t even put a toy in my childs kids meal. I had to go back in once we discovered it in the car.

This McDonald’s is horrible. They NEVER get the order right. Tell you to pull up and wait and forget about you. Food is cold. And the customer service is horrific. Some of the rudest people work here. Ever since Sharon left, this place has gone down the drain. No work ethic. Nobody cares. If overpriced, cold food with terrible service is your thing, stop by. Otherwise, skip it.

Stopped here the other day and ordered a large sweet tea, but was told they are out and asked me what else I would like. I don’t like soda very much so I took a couple seconds while I looked at the menu and was told “we close in 20 could you hurry up?” I understand having a rough day or even saying stuff like that while the mic is muted but saying it over the speaker? Lowkey disrespectful and I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this location. Will not be coming back

Service is consistently terrible. Place an order at drive through, the employee doesn’t read back the order or put it on the screen, just tells me to pull around. No one is at the first window, even though the sign says “pay here”. Go to the next window and the kid asked what I ordered. I told him my order, and he said he didn’t hear half of my order. I got annoyed and left, I can’t be bothered with this place. Owners must not care, the employees definitely don’t care.

Every time the same thing. You can order on the app, online, in the restaurant, you can order by mail or by stork. Its pull to the side and we will bring your order out.15 mins for a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin and coffee. There were no cars behind me in line. 5 cars waiting. Nobody moves in this place like they care. Absolutely ridiculous. They need to replace the entire staff here. Stop asking me to pull up and wait to the side. I’m not doing it anymore. RIDICULOUS

Our trip to this McDonald’s was probably the worst experience I’ve had in fast food. Dinning room is empty and drive-through is slow. Takes over 15 minutes to get our drinks and another 5-7 minutes for our food. The entire time, the employees in the kitchen are saying some wild stuff (slurs). So much so, that the high-pitched manager(?) Is screaming at them to stop. Our food finally arrives cold and nasty like they wiped the inside of the wrapper on the flat top. The dining room was disgusting with food everywhere despite it being empty and the drive-through being very slow. On top of that, obtaining our food was difficult as the self order machine was spitting out blank receipts. All in all, I would avoid this location like the plague.

It is a good place. When I go biking with my sone we stop by to eat something. They are friendly. Food is just like at all other McDonalds, not great and expensive but it is not their fault it is corporate business model.

Food was good; could have been a little hotter. Fries were good, slightly hot. Double cheeseburger was warm and good. No line at the counter, they only let you order from the kiosk. Absolutely hate the kiosks. They are too cumbersome for my infrequent visits. A person taking my order would have much faster. The kiosk asks too many questions; it should be designed to let me pick what I want rather than asking me about upgrades, donations …
