The best Mcdonald’s I have ever been to. I went in the early AM and received excellent service and food. The store was very clean as well. Neighboring Mcdonald’s, take a lesson from this one to learn how to provide a premium dining experience even within the realm of fast food

Biscuits are always hard, for the gravy biscuits they don’t give enough gravy for the meal, I’ve experienced this for over a year now. I try to go to any other McDonald’s in Mooresville but this one, but I go back once in a while to see if anything has changed and today, 1/28/2026, nothing has changed. Service is okay.

A female employee is always in a bad mood; this has already happened to me twice. The first time, I asked her for a bag and she got upset. Today, I bought an iced coffee and she didn’t add sugar. What’s the point of working if you don’t have patience? She always seems ready to argue, and you can tell she’s upset.

Day shift is less than great. The food we ordered wasn’t even wrapped and was just thrown in the bag. Also you guys need to bring back the original snack wrap for what you’re charging for it. Not whatever bs you’re cutting corners with now. Cold and small peice of chicken. Like it was just premade hours before and not kept warm. Night shift is better. Please retrain your day staff. They need it

Went through the drive -thru at 11pm and ordered 2 chicken nuggets, 2 large fries and a large drink, we went to the pick up window and the worker handed us the drink. He then proceeded to chat with another worker at the pickup counter while pulling out a vape and syerted blowing smoke at the worker. He then came back at the window and with no explanation or info to how long the order would take, “told” us to park at the pick up space. After a little over 10min, I went to check on our order but the door to the building was locked. Took 20min to get our order. Same worker came to our car and handed the order with no acknowledgement or applology for the long wait. Just handed the order, turned and walked off.

This place better get it together. Ordered 2 hamburgers with EXTRA Pickles, got only 1 per sandwich. Glad I order EXTRA. As for 40 nuggets, was only given 3, THREE sauces. If you’re that damn CHEAP to not even give 6 to 7 sauces for 40 nuggets, then just STOP selling them!
