This McDonald’s by BP is a joke. I ordered a double cheeseburger with no pickles and somehow ended up with a bun and cheese—no hamburger patties at all. On top of that, the boy working the drive-thru was rude, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t care about customers. I don’t expect much from fast food, but when you can’t even get the burger part of a burger right, that’s pathetic. Management seriously needs to get it together.

Horrible service. The new process of ordering, drinks behind the counter etc. took 15 minutes to actually get a to go order from inside an empty store. The automated drink machine is broken. They gave me paper towels instead of napkins. Horrible experience.

Dashers kept piling up, with pick up bags unlabeled due to shortage of stickers, seems to be alot of pressure on employees due to the fact the renovation theme was minimalist. So no ketchup or things to self serve. Nor places to get kids or straws in case stopping individual employees from continuing their work to cater to those small things and putting a halt and some confusion in the mix.

Me and my husband went for food and it was horrible. The food was fine but these people was lost on how to run this place. The manager was screaming orders but nothing was going well. Everybody stood at the counter waiting on the food for well over 10 minutes. I seen one customer take his food back up because it was wrong. I will just keep doing my business with the one up there on 70 in hickory cause this one doesn’t deserve to be open.

It’s a nice store, roomy dining area; spacious, even. The service, however…..well, you can definitely tell it’s second shift, and there are a bunch of kids working with no real life experience, work ethic or customer skills.

Sat for an hour in the drive through waiting on our food after we paid for it. Told multiple workers multiple times that we were missing some of the food we ordered. Eventually had to go inside to get it. There didn’t seem to be anyone in charge. Horribly managed.

Fries cold and not salted at all and nuggets overcooked. Ordered a large Frappe and recieved a medium and was gave an attitude when asked to fix it as they were worried more about the drive thru than the 10 people standing waiting on their food. Workers are too busy on their phone and giving free food to their family and friends to worry about paying customers.

Went through the Drive-thru on 10/22/2025 around 10am. The lady who took my order was very nice & professional. The problem I had was trying to hear her because all I heard was laughing and loud conversations. She asked me to pull up, she apologized for the loud noises right behind her still actively going on. Pull up to the next window, the lady was having loud conversation with other employees, waited till she was done, talking, opens up the window & rudely tells me my food is not ready pull forward as if I was interrupting her. I pull up once again waited like 5 minutes, this man opens up the window, rudely ask what did I order? I told him he looks in these 3 bags that he’s holding looks in them, then hands me a bag. I take a moment to look inside, wrong order. I give him the bag back and he hands me another one. It was correct, so I left. I wanted some grape jelly packets, I didn’t even have a chance to ask as I was being told to move up and closed the window with a quickness. Grown adult employees acting like there workplace is their playground. What a shame! No professionalism what so ever. I’ll drive down the road to Boger City McDonald’s maybe 5 min down the road. But this place, absolutely NOT! Give your employees a customer service class and make it mandatory.

This place is getting better. The McDonald’s down the road by the car washes is a better one to go to One day I drove up to grab some food for the kids and there was a sign on the window that said closed we have no help. I have to admit that was the first time I’ve ever seen that at McDonald’s store. I’ve been going there for 50 years. They’ve been getting a lot better at the drive-through.
