What we ordered was delicious, however we sat at the drive through for 20 minutes. Not sure what was wrong, all we know is when the employee finally acknowledged us she said they were out of biscuits.

Me & my husband go here on a semi-regular basis cause we live two minutes away. Almost every time we order something is messed up. We’ve even had a DoorDash delivery order messed up from them, they gave them partially the right order. This morning my aunt & uncle stayed with us, they ordered 3 biscuits. They somehow messed this up too, gave them the wrong egg on one order and he asked for the other kind & they give it to him in a biscuit. Which makes 0 sense. Also our coffee was burnt.

Sat at speaker for 15 minutes, this does not acount for the amount of time I was in the line, However no one took my order and this is supposed to be a corporate store wow. I pull off and see that they are carrying on conversations and goofing off, and worrying about smoking cigarettes rather then serving customers. Needless to say I’m am disappointed.

No salt,ketchup cup lids or ice in the dining room. Got my order wrong so they had to make me a new sandwich which is the reason reason I gave it 5 stars…the best I ever had from McDonald’s. The bar area where the drink machines were was very nasty and hadn’t been wiped down recently as we were there at 1:00 pm at lunchtime. Probably won’t visit this particular establishment again

I wish it could be negative . My husband picked up my supper…I got a quarter pounder deluxe no tomato add mustard…not only was the burger bright pink all of the way to the outside edge, there were 2 tomato slices on it…the fries were so salted that I had to take a napkin and wipe each one off…its not the first time I’ve received undercooked and incorrect food from this restaurant but it is the last time!!

They got my order wrong. At least I got the same quantity of food that I ordered. Also, every time I come to this location, the burgers are always dry and charred. That’s what makes them different from any other mcdonald’s.

The Mgr was overworked today, but she was still pleasant and helped me with my order. She even brought it to me to save me steps. She did not know how big of a help that was but I truly appreciated it. I am in need of a hip replacement and every saved step is very precious to me until I can get it done. I will keep this McDonald’s in mind the next time I have an appointment. Thank you so very much! ❣️
