Drive thru was pretty slow, and it was 1 pm so it would seem to me lunch rush should have been slowing. Making a left to get back to interstate 85 was a little difficult. Drive thru line backed up and blocked cars that were parked for dine in into their parking spots. Overall so-so.

Stopped to get a fish sandwich was cold and as you can see when I opened my meal my sandwich was made very poorly, and my fries was dumped upside down I. My bag as well but from the picture I poured them on the other side. I see why I stopped eating here years ago. Some thawing never change.

This was a regular stop on my weekly commute and up until a month ago, I had a good experience. The people are basically pleasant but the service is super slow. They already have the third window to pull to and wait but they still move cars around to the door, even if the drive-thru is empty. I’m sure it’s to make the service times look better. There have recently been people hanging out by the door where they bring out the food if you have been pulled around. Smoking cigarettes and weed right at the door. It just feels dirty. The food that you had to wait for is not hot. The fries especially are lukewarm. I no longer stop there. It’s not worth the wait.

I enjoy the speed of service at this McDonald’s. I typically use mobile ordering at this store with curbside pickup, and I am always impressed how quickly they bring the food out, and how kind they are when they deliver it. I had a few issues with this store in the past, but I was so impressed with how quickly the manager reached out and corrected those issues that I want to make sure and give them a great review. Everyone makes mistakes, it is how we handle and learn from them that counts.

Food as expected, had to wait over 17 min for 2 cheeseburgers.. that’s miserable way to spend 5 bucks .. only been to this location twice and the first time was over 10 min wait.. both times I was the at the window waiting with cars lined up behind me waiting also. But the store was clean and employee was very nice. But unfortunately won’t go back to this store, mu time is more valuable. I truly hope they find the breakdown and fix it.

Couldn’t tell you much other than i say their for 5 minutes with no answer. Girl came on the intercom and said order when you’re ready, I gave her my order with no response. Waited about 30 seconds and asked if she heard me. Nothing. It was busy so I couldn’t drive off anyways, but I got nothing back so I left. At least say hold on.

An employee emptied the dust pan with her hands and went over to pack food up and then to the fryer. She didn’t wash her hand or had gloves on. When we told another employee, it was brushed off, and nothing was done. The food was cold, and the soda didn’t even taste good. Worst McDonald’s ever.

People should not be allowed to place a very large order at the drive thru. I was very upset. It was hot outside my God son became very sick from the heat I had to wait 20 minutes waiting on this lady to place her order. (He is a toddler.) Then had to wait for her to pick up her order she should have been asked to park and some one would bring her order out.
