This is not the first time this location has botched my order. Today I ordered my child a happy meal with a hamburger, add American cheese and only ketchup. We got a dry hamburger, no cheese, no ketchup but it did have an extra burger patty…. It’s all on the order, all you have to do is read it!!!!! Why is this so difficult? I now have a disappointed child and will forever check inside the box before leaving the restaurant.

I must say, this location is very quick! During a busy morning rush I was able to get a coffee and oatmeal in less than 3 minutes. The drive thru was moving quickly and efficiently. This location has a lot of trees in the parking lot so if you park your car it won’t get too hot in the sun. The curbside pickup and mobile order pick up locations are also right in front of the drive thru, making it really easy to get in and out. Great job to the hard working staff.

Okay this review is a hard one. I come here a lot because it’s close to my house. I like to be as honest as I can with my reviews and the experience I have had. So here goes . I went with a 3 ✰ because sometimes it’s bad and sometimes it’s good. The consistency is all over the place. They can be really nice and the food can be good. Or they can be just down right rude and my food can be cold and I wish I could get a refund. Fast food places are hard to rate. Everyone has a different experience just depending on the time of day and the staff.

I ordered an iced decaf coffee. They told me inside that they don’t have it. So I asked if they could make the decaf iced they said no, it doesn’t come iced. I went to the mobile app where I can customize it with ice in it. Then I went through the drive through and ordered a large cup of ice. They charged me $2.15 for a cup of ice. Am I in the expensive area or is that crazy for a cup of ice?

I normally have a good experience at this location, my fries are always fresh, however, my order was messed up and when I asked to speak to a manager (Stacy) about it, she began rolling her eyes and frowning her face, I was completely taken back by how unprofessional she was. Trust me guys that lady (Stacy) is rude, I mean belligerent and does not need to work in any customer service jobs, I’m sure that’s her character because she did not have a care in this world about my order being messed up.

This McDonald’s visit was truly unique. From the warm welcome to the flawless limited edition shamrock shake and crispy chicken sandwich, everything was exceptional. The atmosphere made it a standout experience, and I’m planning to revisit this particular McDonald’s for its great service and budget-friendly meals with kids.

When I went inside it was like going back in time to a mc Donald’s in the 90s the store was clean, they had two managers on site they were working they were nice and friendly
That was a good experience you don’t see that these days in Charlotte or anywhere so I gave them a lot of credit and praise at this store in Huntsville

Went to get my Autistic son his usual large fry and they attempted to give me what was supposed to be a large fry but was actually a large fry container that wasn’t even halfway full. When I asked for them to be filled I was told they can’t fill them anymore due to the cost of inflation. As a patron I can no longer continue to support a business that refuses to make things right when all I’m asking for is what I’m paying for. There really needs to be a class action lawsuit about the false advertising that’s being done. Every commercial I see the fries are full so why aren’t they like that when I purchase them?!? I wish I would have taken a photo of them before I gave them back. I’ll use one from a prior visit that the manager on duty made it right instead of trying to force a small fry on my special needs son instead of giving him the large I paid for. If anybody knows of any attorneys that could possibly help with this, please send them my way.
