This is my favorite McDonald’s in the area. Their ice cream machine is never broken. They are always busy, but move the line really fast. I order for curbside pickup because I only have 30 minutes for lunch and I never have to wait long. I have been very happy with this location. My order is always correct.

I recently visited this location and I was pleasantly surprised. This is not my “normal” location so I was leary lol. From beginning to end, the entire experience was WONDERFUL! The manager on duty, Nick, was very fast, friendly and moat important to me, accurate. I ordered for my family and myself. We all had something different but unanimously decided it was AMAZING! Thank you for keeping this location neat and clean as well as keeping great employees such as the manager on duty and the support staff. It takes a team and they all worked harmoniously together, resulting in a WIN for Mc Donald’s and a family fed and happy here!

We usually go through the drive thru but the line was extremely long and they take a hot min. So, we decided to go inside to place our order. The inside has definitely change pushing you more to order using the kiosk. Not, really my cup of tea but it was quick. Just not a clean method with everyone touching and the not know were people hands been. I ordered the Big Mac combo AKa small Mac the Patty’s are made for a kids meals. They are shrinking in size but the cost has increase a lot. They are even asking you to round up. Crazy!

I just went there to get some food for my mom and kids. I ordered a “Large Iced Coffee”. I got a medium cup, instead and asked if I wasn’t supposed to get a bigger cup. The lady on the window said she didn’t know, she asked someone else, and according to her, “the boss” or manager said that was the right size for a large iced coffee. I asked to speak to him, because I paid for a large, and that was definitely not the large, he approached the window, and said that it was the “large sized cup” for an iced coffee, he said “can’t you read on the cup that says “large?”. The on duty “manager”, today 02/05/23 at 5:00pm was the rudest manager I have ever seen, he just kept saying “oh sorry, oh sorry” while closing the drive through window on my face. I was never rude or either disrespectful at any given time. I was all the time asking for what I paid for, and wondering why they wouldn’t help me. I’ve been going to McDonald’s for a while (who hasn’t?) and have ordered plenty of times iced large caramel coffee, because that’s what I order the most, and I’m 100% sure it was a bigger cup, and I paid for a bigger one. Here you can see the pictures of the coffee I got. It’s “large” for specialty McCafé, but “medium for iced coffee”. You guys should check on this boy, that you have as a boss because I’m pretty sure they have been rude to someone else.

This place sucks. Rude customer service. Unwillingness to help the customer and leave them looking stupid although the fault is on their staff. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS BRANCH AGAIN. I’ll go somewhere else’s where they value the customer more and get a better service.

This location will not allow gift cards to be purchased in the drive threw. I have done so at many other locations but this one would not allow that.

It took over 10 minutes to get from the ordering area to the window.I was handed my coffee and she started to close the window and I looked at her. She seemed surprised I was still there. Then she asked me what my order was and handed me the bag.
