I was really disappointed with my experience at this location. While the posted sanitation rating is 97, what I observed did not reflect that at all. Multiple employees did not appear neat or well-groomed, and I personally saw staff leave the restroom without washing their hands, which is extremely concerning.
In addition, several employees were not wearing gloves, and there was food visibly on the floor in prep and service areas. This raises serious questions about cleanliness and food safety.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reinforces proper hygiene, handwashing, and cleanliness standards, because these issues make customers uncomfortable and concerned about their health.

Honestly everything else is perfectly fine, Miranda the manager needs to be fired. Loudly cussing and literally throwing a hissy fit in her chair at the back. Refused to walk up here to put a fingerprint in to allow us to pay at the counter. Even when I was polite with her she completely ignored me. I don’t like people having a hard time or whatever, but absolutely just no respect or kindness at all. The one young man named Harry and the other lady whose name I didn’t get were very respectful.

Went to pick up lunch for my granddaughter at 4:00 Monday the 12th. Was told they were not taking orders through drive-thru so I parked when in. I sat at the counter for over 5 minutes was not acknowledged one time. Staff needs to do better.

Today for the first time in a long time I needed to get something quick to eat. I placed an order and when I got to the window to pay for it I asked The gentleman to adjust it because I wanted a round egg. The gentleman at the window adjusted it but he didn’t adjust it properly. When they bring me the food to the next window I checked it and it had a square egg. I proceeded to go inside and request nicely for a round egg because that’s what I was looking forward to… I believe the manager in the back name Que she made a statement and I thought the statement was about me not making sure that the order was right. I got a little frustrated. I was in a rush. I promptly asked for my money back not only did she not argue with me she proceeded to make sure that everything was done the way I originally ordered it. When she came back to the register, because she was in the middle of making some meals for other customers, she explained to me that the gentleman didn’t take my order properly and that was the reason why It wasn’t prepared properly. I immediately apologized because when she explained it without any attitude and very professionally I felt sooooo bad because you have to be accountable for your actions and when I’m wrong I like to acknowledge that I’m wrong and make whoever I wronged know that I sincerely apologized. I want to make it up to them so with that being said she did still gave me the refund because I was in a rush and she did take care of me… I believe she paid for my meal on her own and gave me the meal the way that I wanted. I want McDonald’s to know that this type of woman not even woman this type of professionalism is so rare nowadays I will make sure that I come back there every morning now because I know that there is a reliable manager who’s going to make sure that the customer gets what they want and I sincerely apologize if you can please, pretty please give her at least a dollar or two raise I promise you she’s going to make your business do what it needs to do every fiscal year I really appreciate Que and her patience and I sincerely apologize please give this lady a raise thank you in advance!

Waiting for our order for around 40+ minutes only to find they either skipped the order or dismissed the order. Also a black woman with black and blonde braided hair was extremely rude and was very unhelpful and ignored us and helped other guests right in front of us. This is not the first bad experience here. Won’t be returning.

Not a clean table in the entire location. No condiments available, no paper towels in bathroom, so I picked up paper towels from behind counter only after asking to have a table cleaned and was ignored. I cleaned my own table. American flag was lying on the ground near flag pole. Could not find a manager. Service was very slow and the location was not busy.

EVERYTIME and I mean EVERYTIME I come here whether I use my mobile app or not there’s a problem with my order. I sat for 20 mins on a mobile app order that they then gave a away to another car then made it wrong!! After the last time I demanded a refund and won’t be back.

Waited 15 minutes just to be told I could not be served because the lobby was “closed.” If the lobby was closed, why was the door unlocked for me to walk in? I stood at the register for 15 minutes just to be completely ignored. If there were anything lower than one star, that’s what they would receive.

I’m honestly shocked that they’re still even open for business at this point. This specific location has something wrong with them every day. If they’re open, they get your order wrong every single time, the food is undercooked or overcooked, or they don’t have anything you’re trying to order. I’m not sure who they had at the drive thru a few days ago, but the woman was extremely unprofessional. She literally started huffing and puffing as soon as I started to order and I completely understand how difficult and mentally challenging it can be to work in the fast food industry, but she made it seem like I was torturing her by even being there. Most of the time even if they are open, they’re “not able to take orders” and they’ll stay open for business regardless. Honestly the McDonalds on Union Road is heaven sent compared to whatever this is.

DO NOT pull into a parking space to wait for your food if instructed, just get a refund. Twice that has happened to me here and they literally don’t bring the food. Waited over 30 minutes for Happy meals and drove off with screaming hungry kids instead of trying to get them all inside to tell me they are still working on making a hamburger. Called their restaurant phone number… it’s disconnected.
