I’ve been sitting in the drive through spot for over half an hour. Three others gave up and went inside. I can’t go inside. I tapped the horn and got the young man’s attention at the window; he came out and took my receipt. 15 minutes ago. Some are being served, some are not. I’m not. Can’t figure out why? My order is 1 Quarter Pounder, no cheese. That’s it. Nothing that requires 30 minutes prep. Where’s the manager??

I went here to get my food because it’s only 1 and half miles from my home..ordered online and picked up curbside..NOT HAPPY!!! Absolutely disgusting bathrooms. All the windows look like they have never been leaned in a year. Service was minimal. No direction on how to order. Kiosk only then pay at register. People walked out waiting for seemed eternity. I don’t know if short staffed but the store had a 96.5 sanitary grade. Someone needs to make this restaurant more presentable. Not again

I have never been to a McDonald’s and had my food out quickly before. Not have I been to a McDonald’s and not had some kind of issue. I was SHOCKED that I ordered a bunch of food and it was out within a minute and all correct. Plus the staff was friendly.

I should have read the reviews first. Didn’t get my order correct. We live less than 2 miles from the restaurant. Got home, and the fries were cold and limp, lol. Burgers were cold also. Almost to salty to eat and it was ly ch time.
