Came into the restaurant for lunch this week with my toddler. As soon as we entered we where hit the a horrible smell of body odor. It was so humid inside made my stomach churn. As we walked in we noticed a homeless man, no judgement, but he was shirtless….and has “set up” a table with mini fans, water in a bowl etc. The staff seemed as if it was okay. This is not the first time weve had an issue with people lottering and making women feel uncomfortable at this location. We left and went to the other location where we were met with a clean store, no smells or lottering. We felt safe and comfortable. Management needs to get a handle on the situation.

I ordered a caramel frappe with extra caramel.. I was sitting at curbside waiting for my order when a lady came out and told me they didn’t have any caramel that they couldn’t make it.. McDonald’s has ways and more enough money to keep caramel in stock. This is ridiculous

Been having issues with the disrespectful staff at McDonald’s on Wells/broadway, Forest City NC. Not only for me but customers around me. I’ve contacted corporate & owner to no avail. Loud vulgar language, making some wait 20-25 mins for 1drink or sundae. Filled a lady’s coffee literally 1/2 full of sugar,she slung it on the sidewalk. No supervision whatsoever. No order is ever correct or hot. We’re sick of the treatment,service,& bad food. We Work for Our Money & Value Our Time! We it My Child treating people with such disrespect & yelling the F word in a family restaurant, I’d be so ashamed of myself & that kid wouldn’t do it but ONCE! #promise #ishouldnamenames #shameonstantonenterprize

Completed an order and asked for a recipt for work and was told I’d get one with my food. Didn’t get it so I asked and the kid couldn’t figure it out or ask for help. Also, my coffee was luke warm…how does that even happen if the “McCafe” is supposed to be fresh. Looks like Ill stick with Bojangles up the road.

This has always been my go to McDonald’s. The food is almost always fresh, and the service is pretty good. But recently it has gotten worse. Now you wait and the food is ehh. The fries were only half full and definitely not the correct weight. Trying to save on the bottom line? Seems like driving away customers is what is going to happen especially when Chick-fil-A opens.
