I literally order a 4pc nuggets and when I opened it one of the nuggets were bitten into. I am shocked and disgusted… This has never happened to me before and I will tell you this will be the last time I ever go to this location. I suggest someone from corporate call me before it goes to the point of legal representation and tik tok reviews . #disgusted

Okay, I am not a fan of McDonald’s, ever, but once in a while you run into someone who’s bright smile makes your day. Brittney, you took our order in the drive through window. It is 9pm at night and we are tired and hungry from our long travel day. Your beautiful smile and radiant personality made us all take pause to say, wow, that was a pleasant experience.

Ordered coffee half an hour ago still not ready no one here but line of cars. No way to cancel order. Several issues at this McDonald’s haven’t been here in months but nothing has changed. Avoid this McDonald’s in the morning. Workers arrived late they were very helpful on how to cancel order it was unfortunate that they still couldn’t make my order.

If I could give them zero stars I would! I ordered DoorDash and they gave my dasher someone else order but with my receipt on it! I’m not at all happy because that was my kids food they playing with!! They had another guy order sticker on my bag!! All DoorDash do is refund you!! They ever report how I am to the actual restaurant on their bad services!! Yall need to pay more attention when yall doing your job!! I used to work in fast food industry so I know how it can be when your busy but that’s when you need to be more attentive on what your doing!! Ppl pay lots of money just to order online! So to mess up a simple order is very frustrating especially with it being my kids food!! Do better or hire someone who WILL! Oh and when I called the store to speak with a manager AFTER being told they were busy by my Dasher I called up to the store and the manager on break and call back in 15mins!! BUT got the CREW Handling fast food services during their busy HOURS ALONE!! PLEASE STOP AND DO BETTER AS A MANAGER AND FOR THE BUSINESS ITSELF!! DASHER TOOK THE FOOD BACK AND CAME BACK QUICK WHEN I CALLED AND TOLD THEM THEY GOT THE WRONG ORDER!! IF YALL WONDERING WHY I AINT POST A PICTURE OF ME AND SOMEONE ELSES FOOD RECEIPT!!

I ordered my food at 8:18, I didn’t get all my food til 8:40. They move too slow, they never have nothing fresh and ready. They over stuff the bags. She said my food was ready but I was just waiting on cookies, she said they were coming right out after I got my food, didn’t get my cookies until another 5 minutes after. Then my fries and stuff were getting cold. Don’t recommend coming here.

How are they gonna close 5 mins early just so they can clean and go home early???? Couldn’t even do a DoorDash or a uber. Highly unprofessional and it cost other people money in the process. The GM needs to properly train their people to actually do their jobs.

As I was ordering a bottled water, I had a genuine concern about the bathroom and employees were talking about me, had a condescending attitude about the situation instead of just giving me a straight forward answer. I really wish more restaurants such as this had more respect for guests.

Definitely 9ne of the best Mc.D’s I’ve been to, great employees. One of my kids mentioned the slide was sticky, and an employee then proceeded to go out of his way to go and clean it even tho we were leaving and no one was here. Overall 10/10 experience

Fresh and Hot
Employee: James on the closing shift is the absolute BEST! He was taking the drive thru orders, plus working all 3 windows… please promote this man, he needs a raise. Not only was he polite, the line was long and he didn’t get frustrated, plus he made sure our order was made fresh! We need more workers like James!
