Stopped here on the way home from the outerbanks and was treated with respect and the food as fresh and amazing.
Bathrooms were extra clean which is always a plus!
Also I must add the music that was being played was also amazing.

The customer service was incredible. There was a problem with fulfilling my order because a machine was broken. Both the staff and management went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.

Was assaulted on September 1st in the parking lot, this man pulled up behind me and blocked me in so I couldn’t leave than proceeded to my car and shoved his hands and keys into my window, I couldn’t roll my window up and he said he was going to shove the window down further, he shoved the window down further an as I screamed an yelled he wouldn’t stop until I was calling 911. I contacted McDonald’s today on September 3rd to ask if they could see the incident on camera, I was told to call back in 15-20 minutes. I called back 25 minutes later, they told me they didn’t have time to check to call back around 2-2:30pm I called back at 3pm to give them time. A rude employee answered the phone and wouldn’t put Samantha on the phone who I had originally spoke to. Than she got nasty and hung up on me, stating it was a blind spot they couldn’t see it and were busy. And she don’t know what to tell a cop that’s on me. I am disgusted in how this was handled and with the employee that hung up, she needs training on how to treat customers or people in general as this is a very serious and sensitive matter. And that behavior only makes things worst when dealing with a situation like this. I need corporates information for this store.

Food was good, kitchen completely unorganized. They got overwhelmed and orders got out of order and so some of them were just skipped. Our family and others only got their food after asking for it numerous times. Should have been a 10 or 15 minute stop, it ended up being a 45 minute stop.

I normally don’t do fast food but stopped at this location on the way to Hatteras this morning to grab an egg McMuffin and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. 20-25 minutes later I got my food and jumped in the car. After a short time, I opened the bag, grabbed the biscuit sandwich……what I got was a biscuit with sausage on it! I wasn’t the only one whose order was messed up, delayed or had to ask for a straw because the dispenser was empty or being given one item of their order at a time.

We stopped here on our drive from the OBX to Raleigh, at the height of lunch time on a Saturday. It was understandably busy and the staff was full and working their butts off – and so kind while doing so. The order came out correct and good. The bathrooms were clean. Great service!

I worked at McDonalds for 3 years and this was BY FAR the worst I’ve been to. I ordered 3 sandwich’s, Mchicken, and two cheeseburgers. I waited 30 minutes for it and they didn’t even check in on me. I’ve made the sandwich’s before and they do NOT take that long. Never recommend coming to this location.

I quit attempting to go inside and dine … The service is horrible, the food is usually a long wait in which it gets cold .. but if you have to have a McDonald’s fix despite that your best bet is going through the drive thru… Yes it is a hit or miss ” I’ve had it hot and taste good ..I’ve had it cold and taste horrible..but if you like the game of Russian Roulette then go for it “”you’ll have better luck for something that tastes good thru the drive thru then going inside for sure.

I ordered a quarter pounder there was no quarter pounder there’s ketchup on it. There’s pickles on it and I asked for no ketchup and no pickles specifically they forgot the drink and the sauces had to go back in to get it all never going again.
