Nobody in line at the drive thru and the worker wasn’t even friendly. She handed us our food and shut the window without a word. We sat for a second wondering if we had everything because she didn’t say anything. Then the food was so nasty. They soaked my steak egg and cheese bagel in the sauce they use. I’ve never in all my years seen that sandwich made that way. The picture I have is after I already attempted to wipe off some of the sauce with a napkin. Then I bit into it and all of the steak seasoning was in that very first bite. We pulled over and fed the food to the seagulls. Then my coffee…They used spoiled coffee creamer. I’m so glad I checked my coffee before I took a sip. This place should be shut down.

Omg this was the worst experience for me at any McDonald’s ever in my life. I honestly can’t believe that this McDonald’s is even opened for business. The whole experience was awful..My 20 piece chicken nuggets was cold and hard as a rock and my caramel frappe was runny as water. Yuck so terrible..This restaurant needs an inspection badly..Take my word and don’t even stop at this McDonald’s. This McDonald’s restaurant in Kitty Hawk needs some management badly here!!

If I could give this location zero stars I definitely would. I have multiple complaints. Everytime I go here I get a triple cheeseburger meal without mustard and pickles because they always cover the entire burger in mustard and there has not been a single time I’ve gone and they have done my burger right. Everytime without a doubt they always drench it in mustard. My second complaint is that my bf and I went to this location last night and he got a ten piece meal and instead of just telling us they were out of nuggets they RIPPED UP A MCCHICKEN and just threw it in there like we wouldn’t notice. I strongly advise you do not go here whether your starving to death or not. I’d go as far as saying I prefer Wendy’s over this McDonald’s.

Worst McDonald’s ever hands down !!!
Chicken sandwich was put together with half the bun. Fries were cold. Iced coffee had no coffee flavor even after they claimed they added more coffee. Wait was at least 30 mins…..the first time. The cashier barely spoke English, very difficult to communicate with and she seemed to not understand how to work the register and had no help. 10 minutes to place a simple order.
We took the chicken sandwich back in to be prepared correctly. Manager seemed to be bothered by the return and didn’t really care. Had a new one made, was barely warm. She did throw in a large fry which they didn’t up size to begin with like I had asked and paid for.
The restaurant area and men’s bathroom were a total mess, just nasty.
The owners and management of this McDonald’s could care less about customers as you can see. No one even responds to the bad reviews and the reviews speak for themselves.

I don’t know how else to comment this . I ordered 2 Happy meals with chicken nuggets for my boys . Came home and opened the box and see this?? Instead of chicken nuggets I see a some sort of cheese gravy inside that smells horrible in one of them .. wanted to drive back and return it but decided just never visit McDonald in kitty hawk again .. horrible service .

The employees are inside staring at us from the drive through window, not taking our order. Total joke, not to mention they are all over weight and sweating. Manager looks like he lives in his moms basement with his headass. They probably ate all of the food which is why they are refusing service.

Ordered just a 6 piece kid meal. They forgot the nuggets. Called to find a solution the women who answer was rude. Was told by her manager to come back and get a 20 piece to fix the mistake they were very cold and broken apart.

Every drink was filled with that much left in the cup. Why? Slow as molasses, I know it’s a busy McDonald’s but it seems to encourage the ‘staff’ to go slower.

This is supposed to be Macdonald’s not trashdonalds I ordered a Big Mac and there was no lettuce, barely any sauce, one slice of cheese and the patties were so small overall 0 star but because I cant do that 1 star will work.
