I waited almost an hour for two mcdouble bundles and a McChicken. They had no drinks available at all and no sign..no sauce..and the manager acted like she didn’t see it happening. And then someone behind me ordered for 6 ppl and gets her order in 10 minutes..will never go again.

Yesterday 8/5/23 I went for breakfast, waited 15 minutes for a biscuit! Today I went again because Hardee’s was not open and waited over 5 minutes and they never took order. Every time you go you have to wait and pull around. I can count on one hand over the last 3 months that they have actually handed my order to me through the store window. Ridiculous, new manager is needed and workers who want to work. Not recommended at all.

They have there days cause sometimes you can have some rude and unprofessional managers and my opinion that where the employees get it from cause the managers the one one supposed to set example to their crew. Then sometimes they are good when they have a good day their food will be nice and hot. But they always getting your order wrong.

“The frappé machine isn’t working” they just didn’t feel like cleaning it. And when asked for a refund, the manager showed zero good customer service. She had a smug face the whole time.

Employees(most) and manager are very nice. But if you order for curbside you might as well go in or through the drive thru. Waited almost 15 mins and then finally went in. All I ordered was a chicken sandwich, they did compensate with some fries!

The first time I went to this McDonald’s, I was pleased with the service. I don’t stop at fast food spots often, but was told the chicken biscuit sandwich was great. It was amazing. Juicy meat with a moist biscuit. I went back a 2nd time to try the crispy chicken sandwich and also ordered a shamrock mcflurry. The mcflurry wasn’t mixed all the way through, my sandwich was okay, my fries were horrible, and the tea tasted old. For that, they’ll receive 3 stars.

Food was great! Service was nice, but a little loud. You can tell the building is adding dinner but was clean. Will absolutely return to this location!
