Absoloutely absurd ordered a bunch food this evening paid for mine and couple cars behind me and guys at payment window were awsome, people at food window were rude as all could be got annoyed at saying they for got something, then get home and one of our meals literally had no buns what so ever which just made the box soggy and stuck to the burger , 20 piece nugget had 6 in it and when you try to call them there phone just goes right to voicemail.
**Update*** decided to put my unless burger on bread and eat it and first bite I to and the burger is ice cold and not even cooked at all inside

The first time I went to this McDonald’s, I was pleased with the service. I don’t stop at fast food spots often, but was told the chicken biscuit sandwich was great. It was amazing. Juicy meat with a moist biscuit. I went back a 2nd time to try the crispy chicken sandwich and also ordered a shamrock mcflurry. The mcflurry wasn’t mixed all the way through, my sandwich was okay, my fries were horrible, and the tea tasted old. For that, they’ll receive 3 stars.

So Slow. Just a Poorly Run and Lead McDonalds. Two visits in a row, Drive through Soda is out. next visit Drive Through Cashier left post. So decide to go in next time, Team leader texting on phone while cashier trying to ask her a question, Ketchup Tubs out of stock, and workforce really not looking like they want to be there. Not worst McDonalds I have been too, but really doesn’t take much more to get that way. Pics are either Store being understaffed or slow Leaders that creates such long lines.

Went through the drive through today for lunch. They have implemented a new way of service. Im not quite sure what they have done but the line moved so much faster then it has in the past. Even the food such as the chicken sandwich and French fries taste fresh and crisp. I am actually quite impressed and satisfied with there performance today.

Today- they were horrible tonight. Place was dirty. Girl at the counter was stressed out and rude. Last week-I pulled a school bus and a van into the Ahoskie McDonalds last night. We called them ahead of time. They handled it great!

Ordered 1 pack of cookies and they were hard as a brick. Returned the cookies for a fresh pack. I was pulled and after 25 minutes of waiting I called the store and they finally bought them out. I spent my lunch break waiting on fresh cookies. Absolutely ridiculous.

A couple of weeks ago I started going back to our local McDonald’s. I have not eaten at McDonald’s and almost 5 years because the service was so bad and the food had gotten so much worse going there on the Night Shift was even worse two weeks ago I started going back because my husband had told me that it had gotten much better and I have gone there in the past week three times, I have gone there in the mornings for their frappe and even in the evening and service was exceptional. I think the manager that they have has to be the reason why customer service has improved. The food has also improved is obvious that she cares about what the communities opinion is of this restaurant , yes we know that is fast food but not all fast food comes with great customer service and in my opinion, Ahoskie is moving in the right direction again with McDonald’s!
