“Breeja” or whoever needs a lesson on attitude control and customer service for one. Two, why have a doordash pickup rack if you are just going to leave the READY doordash orders behind the counter and ignore everyone in the store for over 10 minutes. I peeked my head around the counter to get someones attention and how unlucky I was to get “breejas” unsavory glance. She just blew me off and shooed me away disrespectfully by saying “can you back up some??!” Like i wasn’t even behind the counter or anything she just felt like being nasty. I had been waiting 10 minutes for a doordash that was already sealed and ready to go. Why is it so hard to get an employees help here? It’s like they purposely ignore you to see how miserable they can make your night and theirs. Also found it funny how the original girl who helped me went on break and was right by the counter but told me “im on break so I can’t go behind the counter to get it” like wow. What a lie. I despise going into McDonald’s now because it’s like you go in to a a restaurant where you BEG for attention forever like the employees get iff on ignoring people and having their 8 hours of power. Ridiculous.

One of the employees took my order, said there was a wait, then proceeded to sit down and neglect customers. The inside was closed an hour and 15 minutes early. We have photo proof of her sitting down and not serving customers. This is a very disappointing experience and often repeated at this location. I do not know what needs to be done, but something better.

I have a work crew so I’m randomly going to different places for lunch. I’m not a fan of McDonald’s but It wasn’t my turn to decide this time. This McDonald’s is probably one of the best ones out of all of them. I didn’t give five stars because they didn’t put bacon on my sandwich. When I brought it up, I had 3 different people covering my issue with concern. Wow.

This McDonalds is absolutely horrible. They are slow. The order comes out wrong. Their attitudes suck! It says they close at 11pm but after 9:30pm no one even comes over the speaker to get your order. They locked the doors so you can’t get inside, even though they are supposed to be open

I don’t know what it is about this particular McDonald’s, but they let you know more than anything. My order was a simple as it gets, and they got that wrong too. I have to wait for the sandwich to be made incorrectly, and pull up to the second window. Then after I received my sandwich and noticed those wrong, I had to go back inside, And let them know that I was missing a condiment on the sandwich, one of the main things is THE EGG. After I told him, he had me wait once again, waiting to the back and got an egg and put it in a box and gave it to me just so I can make my own sandwich. So now I just received a hot fresh egg, to put on my cold sandwich. After I received it, I told him I thought the show and just remake it, but he just acts like giving me an egg was OK. Just the atmosphere alone is the reason why I don’t like coming to the least common people on their phones while cooking, such another peoples food with no gloves, touching their phones, and then touching other peoples food, whatever happened to people not wearing gloves anymore, it’s disgusting. Especially if workers are touching their phones and then touching other peoples food without washing in between.

Every single time I stop here, I wonder why I did because I’m reminded how awful they are. My order is messed up every single time I come here. But today was even worse than normal. I had two burgers that were supposed to be plain. They weren’t. I brought them back in. After waiting 10 minutes, I ask about my burgers. She goes back to ask the cooks and they say “I didn’t know I was supposed to make them.” Apparently they thought I was just letting them know my food was messed up and I would just be out $15 and not need them replaced…no idea. They then came and asked me if I still needed them. I said yes. And then I asked if they could give me fresh fries since mine would be beyond cold after all that time. They told me no because my wife had already eaten like maybe 10 fries out of one of the orders.
These employees should genuinely be embarrassed by their customer service. And the managers should be ashamed. And that’s coming from someone who manages a restaurant not a mile up the road. Do better.

I just came from the Hospital and the girl at the drive thru was so incredibly rude, she made me cry. I couldn’t even eat my food. She very harshly informed me that they were out of part of my mobile order, to which I KINDLY thanked her for letting me know. I pulled forward as she demanded, and after waiting just under 10 minutes while she and the person in line ahead of me carried on a conversation. When i finally did get to the window, she all but THREW my food at me and harshly said, “here!” I kindly took my order, thanked her again to which I received no response, and pulled away. I understand its close to closing time, but my order was small and simple. Her attitude and customer service skills are less desirable than the excruciating ER experience I’d just left from. I’ll pray for her. If she hates her job THAT much, she deserves one where she can work in solitude or learn to respect others and play nice. I’m sure my food will be fine later when my appetite returns. Tanglewood McDonald’s, y’all gotta do better

Absolutely terrible service, whoever the white manger is on Wednesdays needs to be fired. She say you have to order at the electronic screen and is too lazy to even come to the counter to take an order.
