I was really excited to try the new Big Arch at this Williamston location, but it was a huge letdown. The burger had zero sauce and no crispy onions, but it had so much lettuce I could have made a side salad out of it. To make matters worse, the Big Mac we ordered had the opposite problem—it was completely drowning in sauce. The nuggets were also cold and dry. It’s a shame because the staff were actually very friendly, but the food quality was absolutely terrible this visit. 1 star at best.

Store 29957. Oct 18, 7:30pm. Took almost 10 minutes to get order. Employees just lazing around or wandering, no one knew who did what. Kitchen was filthy and buzzers going off non stop. Drink area was filthy and floor sticky, trash overflowing, counter was nasty. Bathrooms were filthy.

Today wasn’t so good hash brown wasn’t great it was hard on the outside chewy on the inside I already got home so I wasn’t gonna drive all the way back got up charged for my drink and tea and didn’t ask for that yesterday I got a bacon egg and cheese meal and a chicken biscuit for less than what I paid today which was a sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal which I was hung up for sausage and egg and cheese which was a dollar added on to it and then I wanted a medium drink instead they up charged me for a large and I even said at the window my meal was a medium right and was confirmed not sure how I got a meal and an extra biscuit yesterday in my order for around $6 and today almost spend 10 on one meal when the meat was the only thing that was changed. And my hash brown look like it’s been under the heat lamps all morning and I couldn’t even eat it.

Me and my wife ordered through the app and waited in the second lane for 20 minutes with no one asking anything after saying “ill be with you in a minute” while the other lane moved up 3 cars so I pulled around just to tell the employee at the window i had an online order and I didnt need to pay but she saw me and proceeded to ignore me for a minute or 2 then I pulled up to the next window and the other employee saw me and ignored me as well so we canceled the order and left. Will not be going to Mcdonalds in Williamston at night anymore if thats how the shift acts.

Ordered on the app 10+ minutes in advance. I pull up to the drive thru and put in my order. There was 2 cars in front of me and it took about 16 minutes for both of these cars to pull through and get their orders. When I arrive at the window I am told that my food still isn’t ready. 0/10

I only saw children working. Most of which had their hair down and flopping all over food. The cashier turned away 1 couple saying she had to clean the lobby so she could not serve them. She got another child who took the order of one, turned away another , disappeared for a while in back then took my order. The one who went to clean the lobby went straight from trash and started waiting on the next customer without washing her hands.
I believe they would take a huge hit on sanitation.

The kids seemed to be trying, they just haven’t had anyone enforcing health codes and training them.
It had been years since I went back to McDonald’s. I think I dont need to ever go back.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to.. I’ve been to this McDonald’s a total of 5 times in the past 2 years, and every time I order and get my food, it is always wrong. However, this time cuts the cake. I placed my order through the drive thru, which currently has a broken screen, so you need to either order on the app or know what you want already. After placing my order, they gave me my total, which sounded very much like 27 dollars and whatever cents. I got to the window, and they ready my order out to me. Everything was right besides one thing. I asked for a double BBQ bacon quarter pounder, and they had said it was just a single one. I asked if we could get that changed, and they did say my total again, which this time sounded closer to 37 dollars and change. I thought I misheard them and handed them my card and paid. Once they gave me my card back, I asked for a receipt cause from my experience my orders gonna be wrong, and I’m gonna get it fixed. I also wanted to see what my actual total was. They more or less freaked out by that and for the next 11 minutes I waited for my receipt, they came back with my receipt, some cash, and a refund receipt because they charged me for 2 of my double bbq quarter pounder somehow even after they repeated my order to me. And one was different then the other (don’t worry pictures will be added to this review as well) now that I’ve paid for the correct meal I still had to wait 5 more minutes for my food!!!! Got my food, then my drinks, and was finally able to go. So I pulled up and park in a spot and checked my order, at this time I just wanted to get home so I looked in the back counted what I ordered and it was right so drove home. I get home, and both McDoubles are so dry it’s like they’ve been put in a dehumidifier. As for my double BBQ bacon quarter pounder (which i guess is called a angel Reese sp) it is also as dry and the worst looking burger I’ve ever gotten, they didn’t even have BBQ sauce on it which is the entire reason I got it!! To sum it up, I’m not sure if someone was trying to make me pay for their meal or what, but if you go here your orders gonna be wrong and you’re gonna wait forever for your meal, doesn’t matter if it’s drive thru or inside. I’ve tried it all with this place, and it fails at everything every time..

I’m leaving 1 star because I can’t leave 0. This place meets and exceeds the expectations of McDonald’s. Sorry service and just edible food. If this sounds like your idea if a good fun place to eat you now know where to go.
