Good food, but it seems understaff. Decently clean for near I95 and high traffic. The 3 star is because could have been cleaner. The handicap stall in the men restroom was out of paper at 7:30 a.m. I told one of the workers, but it still was not done timely.

Really bad experience with no leadership from management. Kiosks were not operating, no attendant to take orders.
Took 30 mins to get order because it was applied to a door dash order. You try to understand but it just took too long for something so easy. We drive this route regularly and I need to find a way to ensure Google doesn’t recommend this location in the future.

The men’s bathroom was OUT of toilet paper, the handwash soap was EMPTY and was NOT clean. I wonder how the employees washed their hands?
Update: They lost my mobile order too.
Update #2: Thanks McDonalds for the link to your customer care team. Recommendation: You should cut and paste my Google Maps review comment into your own website to help this McDonalds franchise improve their service? That would help every customer have a better experience at this location.

Ordered a quarter pounder with bacon they gave me a McCrispy with bacon and a long black hair. Order a McChicken I gotta make chicken with tartar sauce. Not to mention, it took 20 minutes if not longer to get the food. The guy in front of us left without his food . The girl working drives slow was walking like she had no motivation. And the other two girls were just standing aside just talking and laughing it up when there was a whole line of cars sitting there waiting. I do not recommend this location go to find somewhere else drive further away.

Worst place to even consider, every time I have come here and we get stuck waiting ~10 min in the drive through lane just for the next car to have to wait an additional 5 min to place their order.
Do they purposely make people wait till an order is cooked, complete, and turned over to the next customer to decide to take another order?

When you pay so much for your food, you want it to be right. Maybe they are doing the best they can, but following directions or fully cooking fries is not one of them. It’s unfortunate that such a busy location has a difficult time getting orders right, communicating (lady at the front of the store), and collaborating for smooth delivery of service. There were 2 ladies that worked on the back lines that were very helpful. Many customers came in to address the items that were missing from their orders. These folks are passing through and need a McDonald’s of CONFIDENCE. MANAGEMENT, you are doing a poor job of pulling your team together to work more effectively! Please address this so the reviews will go up! There is no need to let a good team down! Their needs to be more team driven service so the flow will go succinctly. I hope you will take this constructive criticism to heart and make change for the thousands of home grown and travelers that come through your door and your drive through. You have good people working there, you just gotta put forth the extra effort to make it TOP!!!

Clean place with quick service and friendly staff. Food came fresh and hot, and the drive-thru moved fast. Great for a quick stop, though peak hours can get a bit crowded.

This place is pathetic! Typical drive thru wait is over 30 minutes. I can get real food at Waffle House next door faster and cheaper! After 11:00PM for some reason they only accept cash – and they don’t tell you this until you have already waited 25+ minutes. It’s like some kind of scam, they have done this every night for many many months. People don’t carry cash in 2025! I do not trust handing cash to anybody that works at McDonalds…

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I specifically asked for my burger to be made to order with no onions because I’m allergic. Unfortunately, my order still came with onions. After taking a bite, I realized the mistake and returned to the counter to address the issue.
What made the situation worse was the manager’s response — Zay was completely unapologetic about the incident. When I asked for a small gesture, such as fries, to make up for the inconvenience of having to return my meal, I was told “no,” but that they would make me a fresh burger instead. That is not good customer service.
Mistakes can happen, but how they’re handled matters. I visit this location often when I’m in town visiting family, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. I also requested a refund because the situation was handled so poorly.

I do not reccomend you going there. The service was really bad. There was no good food and they didn’t had many things. The cleaning was really bad and there was alot of garbage. The bathroom had no soap and no toilet paper. 1/10000.
