Ask someone if you do not understand an order. 100 stars to the Mgr who understood 2 scoops of ice cream in a cup & no Cone. One must clear cash register before taking another order. On the customer side it looked like the Cashier’s was trying to combine a previous order to a new Senior Citizen customer order. I asked her if should clear cash register first. She insisted on taking my order #217 @ 04:09PM

The service was slow it took me an hour and half to revive my food. This McDonalds has consistently been the worse I’ve went to . I stoped by to get 20pc and fries but my food was burnt with visible charcoal on my food. My fries were soggy with charcoal on them and my nuggets were burnt up with charcoal on them to. I’m not sure why it was served when my nuggets had a burnt smell to them .

Inside order. Service was slow. Food was made sloppy. Burger barely had any condiments and was dry. Fries and nuggets were could. Best thing about the meal was the tea. Best McDonald’s tea I have had on a really long time.

11/11/25 edit: So, the owner wants additional information, but I can’t leave it at the site they send me to without a receipt number, exact date and time, etc., as if I saved all of that. So, here’s the additional information that was requested… The date was just prior to your response. The wait was entirely too long for “fast food” near lunchtime, but I could have lived with that without providing an unfavorable review had the food met a reasonable expectation, and that would have been the end of it all. However, the staff was too busy socializing with one another to “serve” anybody, the sandwiches we received were heavily globbed with cheap-tasting mayo and had the flavor of old grease, and the tomato on mine was greener than a gourd. Again, it was the sorriest sandwich that I’ve ever purchased from a McDonalds and I’m in my upper 60s. Thankfully, we were only passing through, so I won’t ever have to ever eat from there again. Hopefully, the owner will now do an honest assessment on his business and make some improvements or adjustments that will benefit everyone else who has to eat there regularly.
p.s. Oh, and the location is near the intersection of US13 and Belvoir Hwy. in Greenville NC.

My vist to this location has been terrible on multiple occasions. Multiple times my order is being done wrong . Customers service is unacceptable. When I make my order im talked very unprofessional in particular by the females working there .Im always waiting way to long for my order, I been waiting on my order for 20 minutes plus im on the inside and still haven’t gotten my order. I would not recommend this location at all . Experience was terrible , unacceptable, . Multiple times im not handed my receipt when I ordered thru drive thru . I repeatedly have to ask for my receipt for my order. I shouldn’t have to ask for something that the works should do anyway. Bad location in my opinion i would say the worst especially when it comes to customer service
