Late last night my family and I went to the McDonalds location at 3410 Cooperative Way FarmVille, NC 27828, Store #30836. We were the only ones in the line at the time and only one other car came later while we were waiting on our food. It was late and we had more than one order. We kindly asked if they could bag each item separately. When we drove to the first window to pay, we were met by a guy who was laughing and looking back at the other worker. When we proceeded to the last window to pick up our food, the woman handed us the food all in one bag. We stated, that we asked for the food to be bagged. The woman then proceeded to tell us that she is not going to bag anything because she is the only one that has been bagging food all day. My Husband asked for extra bags and she said, I’ll give you the bags but I’m not bagging it. Now it was just us and one other car in the line. This was the worst customer service and our second McDonald’s that night. We left the first one due to us waiting for a very long time in the drive through. This customer service is highly unacceptable and disrespectful. We were not rude or disrespectful to them. Nonetheless, we were met with horrible customer service and cold food.

Tried the quarter pounder last week since I was looking at an advertisement that this was one burger that was cooked fresh when ordered. That could not be further from the truth.burgers we got were not even hot. Had not been to this restaurant in some time and wanted to give it another
Chance but sadly still not quality fast food. I knew by the speed that food was ready at drive thru it wasn’t freshly cooked. Taste like it had been laying around for sometime. Won’t bother

The employee who helped me go ahead and order without having to use the kiosk really helped me out because I was on the job and didn’t need to go through all that at the kiosk the same male employee also t h a n k e d me and said goodbye at the end. Excellent customer service The McRib was fixed excellent too!

They can’t even get a simple iced coffee with 3 creams right…I have gotten so many and they get it wrong just about every time either no cream or no ice. The only one there that gets it right every time is Monica! I don’t know why it’s so hard, it sad. Do better y’all…

I used the kiosk, got no receipt, and then the woman at the counter said she didn’t have a record of my order. Finally got my coffee after 15 minutes when it showed up. Floors in the restaurant were dirty, tables weren’t wiped, and the bathroom was disgusting. Will have to bypass this store in the future.

Well, this location has DEFINITELY broken the record for how long it takes anyone to acknowledge someone standing at the front counter. 1 car in the drive thru yet that’s all they seem to care about.
Edited to drop another star. Lady gonna look at me like I’m crazy for standing there cause she forgot my drinks. 2 combos, 3 happy meals & 5 drinks. Think I was offered a friggin bag or drink carrier? This place is straight sorry.

Edited AGAIN because I get all the way home & none of my kids have fries in their happy meals. Considering all the employees piled into the parking lot once cleared out, I assume us customers were interrupting their free time.
