Horrible, how do you screw up 3 hot fudge Sundays and an apple pie, well this McDonald’s did. Took forever to order then had us pull into curbside pickup. Brought the food out, asked for extra hot fudge there was barely any on it, no spoons or napkins. They went back in and brought 3 spoons that were literally wet and soaked through the plastic. Got to our hotel and the pie was strawberry amd barely seemed cooked. Horrible, wont be back.

Service is terrible, food is definitely made incorrectly and the fries are cold. The strawberry pie wasn’t even room temperature. I get the same meal every location, everytime I stop at different ones. I skip this location now and go to Nashville.

Never come to this location they never seem to give out the correct orders and I always see big roaches inside. Morning manager is rude. They have their phones disconnected so you can’t call and get a fix on your order. This location needs to be shut down. There are better locations further down the road where there are no roaches and better service.

Mobile order at 8:00 in the morning.. all they were doing is gossiping and giggling in the back with each other, I ordered table service and they refused to walk it over to my table. And all you’ll over here is that lady complaining about being short staffed, complaining about getting out late, complaining about multiple cars in the drive through. Tables weren’t clean, floors weren’t sleep, no soap or toilet paper in the bathroom. It was a legit nightmare. But it’s McDonald’s not a real establishment be warned everyone tho fr

The light skin manager with tattoos on her chest was rude and disgusting. She wiped her nose in her hand after taking the payment and went and prepped fries, and the cook came out the restroom without washing his hands and went straight to making people’s food.I don’t recommend eating here

Went to drive through, order took way too long, ordered a meal and dubl chz Burger with 10 nuggets… 20 minutes is ridiculous! The fries were supposed to be large box half full. The onion cut poorly. Overall would go elsewhere! Top it all off nothing was hot!!!!!!!
