I got a McRib and it was cold to the touch as soon as I opened it at restaurant. Took way to long to get food. Had multiple homeless individuals asking for money while I was trying to eat making it very uncomfortable for my family.

Something is changing at this McDonald’s. Customer service seems to be improving. Their staff seem happier and are definitely more professional than they used to be. Service times also feel faster. Somehow this place is rising above average. I’ve had all positive experiences in the past month.

Absolutely ridiculous. I went in line waited got my meal I order a ten piece chicken nugget meal and they gave me a hamburger. With a box of fries tipped all the way over. I have had also many situations with the drinks. Bad workers. They need to pay more attention.
