We all know McDonald’s isn’t the best but this one brings a new low to that standard. Cashiers didn’t tell me the total before charging my card and then refused to give me a receipt when I asked. I’ve been here quite a few times and the drive-thru staff is always rude and unprofessional. Go to any other McDonald’s, pass on this one

This McDonald’s is inside of a university. Hard to find, especially if you don’t know your way around the place. Also, they do not use the mobile app at this location. Would not recommend.

We went through the drive thru and even though I state that we needed honey mustard dipping sauce twice and it showed up on the order, we did not receive any. This is the 3rd time that this has happened. My bacon quarter pounder was not suppose to have onions on it, but they were on it. Someone was not bothering to read the order while preparing it. The food was ready pretty quickly.

They close earlier than they’re supposed to. If you close at 7, the bars shouldn’t be down at 6:50.
Not only that but on multiple occasions the girl who works there with the glasses hasn’t had the best attitude especially when ordering for more than just one person. It’s like they hate doing their job.

It’s good to have this McDonald’s in the Bryan Center. It’s a good source of late-night study food, with solid hours and a very convenient location. Staff can be a little slow sometimes, but they generally get orders right and it’s a positive experience overall.

I purshased an item and was charged the wrong price according to the menu. After bringing it to the attention of the cashier i was informed that the menu price was incorrect and has been for some time. I’d think if you’d advertise a price you’d honor said price. Not so
