Not once have I ever received the sauce I asked for when ordering their tenders at night. I usually come at night, daytime is a lot better but it’s like the night shift people don’t even try. Always missing items, modifications are always wrong, dumb stuff like missing bacon when I paid to add bacon. Two stars only because they’re still better than the combo KFC/Taco Bell across the street, because the bar is in HELL

About 2 weeks ago me and my family went to get some dinner and we ordered as usual. We get our fish sandwiches which this location last time ordering at didn’t have them, found out that the fish sandwich my mother got had a funky smell and the process to replace food was slow because they only had 4 people working (the cashier bagging food, 1 doing the the fries and drive thru, and 2 doing the cooking and packaging food for the cashier to put out for customers). Could y’all actually have more than 3 people in the back working after 8pm? Because the guy who was supposed to replace my mother’s fish sandwich looked at me like “well you ordered it so it’s your problem not mine”

We received everything we ordered in a timely manner, prepared exactly as expected. The gentleman at the drive thru had a good attitude and accurately took our order. What more could you possibly ask for at a McDonald’s drive thru?

Every week, I repeatedly experience that my order is incorrect when I visit this location. Instead of correcting the mistake at the window, the staff instructs me to circle back in line because they seem more focused on quickly servicing the drive-thru than ensuring customer satisfaction. This consistent lack of quality service has led me to decide that I will no longer frequent this location.

Extremely dissatisfied. I placed a counter pickup order during normal business hours. The doors were locked and I was forced to wait in a 15+ car line to enter the drive thru and get my prepaid food. The wait was nearly 30 minutes. I rushed back home and discovered my food was cold (shocker) and half my fries were missing. Go to guess rd instead. This restaurant is horribly managed and the staff appear unable to handle this store’s traffic.

This McDonald’s location actually is one of the best in the area according to my experience because I’m dealing with McDonald’s restaurant if I’m not gonna say daily or weekly at least two or three times a week so I know where are the good McDonald’s location is and this one is one of the best , clean ,neat , very good team actually and Food is fresh Very good taste and I always go there. I wish the other McDonalds in Durham is just like this one.

Great customer service, very friendly. Asked me which happy meal toy I wanted when he realized I’m autistic. Loved the food, which was served up very very quickly. The whole restaurant, including bathrooms, was very clean. I had a question for staff and they were helpful. Will definitely be back

This is a medium fry? Seriously? Doesn’t even come close to filling the box. Nothing worse from a customer service standpoint to short change. If you only want to give out the equivalent of a small fry then designate that on the menu pricing. OR GET SMALLER BOXES. Second item.. the Big Mac had two middle buns with a middle bun on the bottom and no bottom bun. And the burger was not even Luke warm…. Cold. Complete disappointment.
