I got my meal and then opened up at work and someone had peeled off my monopoly sticker to my nuggets and it had to be an employee because there is no other explanation! I went through drive thru and employees are the only ones that touch the box’s and this is horrible to know your employees are stealing stickers off boxes for people to play the games they spend a lot of money on and especially when the food is cold after I get here! Never going back again! Brier creek in Raleigh is the best one and hasn’t ever done this or treated me wrong.

I got Happy Meal for my baby and expecting to have a baby toy BUT they said they have a BTS figure toys ONLY. I am very disappointed about this. What’s the point getting Happy Meal from McDonalds if you can’t get a toy for your baby

The workers here are amazing. They really get bombarded with orders, but they a very nice about making things right if they get something wrong with your order. It always clean. JT was especially accommodating and truly kind, he was back and forth between the register and getting orders put together and even brang my order to my table. He made it a great experience to dine in at this location. Show some patience and humility with these workers, they are human just like you.

I ordered a double quarter pounder. It was served to me with one undercooked patty(totally pink) and one overcooked patty.

i am so impressed by JT he had such great attitude and problem solving skills for example we really wanted the grinch fry but it was sold out but yet he found one packet left in the back for us i’ve had some insanely bad experiences at mcdonald’s before and today JT healed me. promote him if you see this mcdonald’s give him his own store

All ima say is i only get my food from this location amd the one on hwy54. Food always right and comes out timely. Only problem i ever had with them was a missing ranch once I believe and they gave me more nuggets for it lol

Ordered through Uber. Food got here and all I can say is that it was still warm . As I took a bite I could tell the meat was fresh which is good. Loved the way the double quarter pounder tasted. The fries were okay but the burger made up for it. Overall it was great

Don’t order from the kiosk, you will get served last! 2 people came in and ordered from the front cashier after I ordered and paid at the kiosk and they received their food before me.

Decide to do curbside pickup one day. Complete waste of time and money. I sat curbside for 20 MINUTES then finally went inside. There was another gentleman who had also been waiting curbside longer than me. I had to show my confirmed order in the app because they hadn’t even started putting my order together. And whenni got where i was going they had forgotten the Big Mac which was part of the order. Really disappointing and the whole kitchen operation seemed ridiculously disorganized. will never do takeout or curbside again!
