My food was delivered to me completely bagged like groceries instead of hot food. I had 2 drinks with to combo meals and my food was placed directly in the doordash bag without another bag for my food. My bacon quarter pounder was out the box on the bottom of the bag and fries were spiiled everywhere and cold because of my food having direct contact with the drinks and the bigmac was tossed around in the container. The worst McDonald’s in Raleigh by far. They don’t greet and you will be lucky if you get what you order. When you don’t they don’t give refunds and they offer something else, usually much cheaper item on the menu. Stir clear.

Placed an order for just a drink to pick up inside. I was at the door trying to get in at 9:52pm and the doors were all already locked (they close inside at 10pm). Someone else was also trying to get inside to pick up an order and we both had to get in the long drive thru line instead. Why close the doors when the counter ordering option is still available on the app? Makes no sense. A worker was also trying to get in and she couldn’t get in because they locked her out.

A few months back I had an issue with an order and submitted a complaint via the corporate customer service number. After a couple weeks of not hearing from the manager of the store like they said I would, I then submitted a second complaint. The manager finally called around a week later saying I could come back to the store and redeem a free drink, that he and the assistant manager would have my name recorded for when I came to redeem. I don’t go to McDonald’s often, so I finally decided to go redeem the drink. After waiting a while in the drive thru, speaking to multiple people, and finally being directed to the pick up window, a shift leader (or similar) said my credit could not be redeemed because the GM said no. Now I’m going through the trouble of submitting a complaint all over again because they could not keep good records on who they promised credits to.

I’m surprised this place has all the bad reviews ! The 4121 blue ridge road McDonalds in Raleigh is great . My food was fresh , I loved my Big Mac and fries . The staff were all smiling and seemed happy to serve me . I have a older model car and my gps in it isn’t updated . One of them helped me to find where I was going and offered perfect directions . Thank you ! I will definitely return to this McDonald’s

I ordered a Big Mac meal with no onions, no Mac sauce, heavy pickles and light mayo. I got back to Hampton Inn and sat down to eat. Apparently, no one understands the following…..what no Mac sauce means or what light mayo means! My Big Mac was swimming in both mayo and Mac sauce and you better believe I took pics of it all after I called in and asked for the supervisor on duty and was hung up on. I called back and asked who is the supervisor on duty and the young man repeated the question only to have someone in the background say the same person that just hung up the phone. Really? Tell him to get back on the phone and I was told the supervisor didn’t want to talk because he was taking orders. Is this how you do business and treat customers? Trust me when I tell you that corporate will hear all about this incident. I would say that people should really find out who they are talking to before they are rude, but no customer should be treated this way. You know there is a thing called secret shoppers….

Place is pretty fast and the staff are nice.
My only gripe is that McDonald’s charged $1.98 (not sure if it was for 2 cheeseburger or for 1) for a small quarter size big Mac sauce on a cheeseburger, it is so ridiculous, my drink cost less than the small quarter size sauce on my sandwich, smh!
