Got drive thru takeout. before we pulled out of the parking lot my daughter handed my grandson his sandwich and children being children he dropped it out of the paper onto the ground. I went in to buy another one. The cashier told me to bring it back and she replaced it with a freshly made one at no charge. I really appreciated her doing that for him.

When we visited there was a really long line for drive through. So we decided to park and wait for them to bring it out to us. However, the person that brought just one of our drinks out to us gave the other vechile our other drink and his meal with no drinks. So we both had to chase him down and let him know we didn’t get our full orders( mine two main meals and his, his two drinks). And we both then ended up waiting another 10 minutes inside with others waiting for there meals. Needless to say I’m not sure if me and my husband will be back to this location.

Worst experience ever, close to 30 min wait inside after ordering. Unprofessional staff, got an attitude with me after I finally said something about my order after 20 mins. Drinks in Initially came out with no lids or ice which I had to ask for as well. My order was also initially wrong after checking my items and telling them, they took the sandwich that was wrong and put it back with the other food to hand out to other customers I guess, after I had touched it. Gross. Terrible.

Horrible. Waited 30 minutes for cold food and warm drinks. I ordered a Mc-chicken and it literally looked like somebody sat on it (still ate it cuz I was hungry). Wifi and cell service was also terrible inside, so you can’t even play games on your phone while you question your life decisions.

We go to this McDonald’s at least twice a week. This visit they got our order wrong not once but twice. We ordered 2 Mcdoubles and 2 happy meals(which were fine) which come only with onions pickles and ketchup It doesn’t have cheese you pay extra for cheese or you order a double cheese burger. Well both of them had cheese so we took them back in then they gave them to us with nothing on them but two pieces of meat in the bun which I almost felt like they did to be funny. So I went back in there and finally they gave them to me correctly but order of free fries they put in the bad no way made up for the hassle to get those two burgers .

Manager the morning of 4/20 was being rude. They had left an item off something I ordered and I told them. The girl at the window got the manager and started talking Spanish in front of me like I didn’t know any Spanish. Told me that there was no reason for me to be yelling when in fact I had too because I have a diesel truck which makes it hard to hear. Rude service. Rude manager. Left without the item because didn’t want to deal with them.
