Drive thru line is always way too long. Been in drive thru for 20 min already and still have 4 cars between myself and the speaker box. I’ve seen 5-6 cars at least already pull out of line because of how long the wait is. If I didnt have a mobile order I’ve already paid for then I would’ve done the same. Slowest drive thru in town.

Apparently the only requirement to work at this location is to have a pulse.. only 3 cars in line and it still took them 15 minutes. Got to the window and figured out why it took so long because all the girls in there were laughing and playing around like they were at a party. Had to ask me what my order was twice and still gave me the wrong bag and when I finally get my bag my food was cold. Had to ask me what my drink was and before she could be bothered to make it she had to turn around and laugh with her coworker and finish her conversation.. this place is a joke. Will be calling the 1800 number in the morning

I usually do mobile ordering rather than dine-in but this place stays busy with either. They are right off the interstate and have plenty of curbside spots to wait and service is usually prompt. But quality assurance could use improvement as I’ve had a few orders with mistakes, most often with missing condiments. I shouldn’t have to ask twice if it’s clearly chosen with my mobile order.

Waiting in line for almost 20 minutes behind 2 cars. All the females in the second window were laughing and carrying on without a care in the world. Food was cold and soggy by the time it was handed to me and I’m about 99% sure they handed my food to the car in front of me and didn’t even check it before giving it to me because i watched them hand the customer the bag and watched the customer hand it back and pull down to the waiting area. When I got to the window they were looking around and said “that’s his bag right there” and handed me my order with my nuggets box opened and my burger wrapper opened. Ended up throwing it away when I got home because that’s just unsanitary and disgusting knowing another random customer touched all over my food. Plus the girl at the window had to ask me what drink I ordered and then proceeded to carry on a conversation while taking her sweet time to fix it after I had already been waiting behind just two cars for 20+ minutes.. just a horrible experience all around

From the moment I tried to place my order, the experience at this McDonald’s was awful. I asked for a “thot” of cookies, which is just their standard 13-piece order, and the employee acted like I was speaking a completely different language instead of English. She was rude and dismissive, repeatedly saying she couldn’t understand me in a really disrespectful way.

Even after the manager took over and got the order in, it got worse at the pick-up window. The employees were literally gathered there laughing at me and insulting me, telling me to get out of their face as they handed over my food. It’s clear this location doesn’t have staff who care about customer service, and it shows. They really need to rethink their hiring because this kind of behavior will drive business away. Definitely a one-star experience.

I ordered hotcakes with my meal but the order taker didn’t hear me, so I went inside because I was missing them and the female manager was so polite and apologized and replaced them with mc griddles. I appreciate the fact that she went above and beyond! Kudos to her and her professionalism.

Unfriendly and discourteous servers. The guy at pay window barely acknowledged me. Handed the receipt out window to me looking the opposite direction. The server at pick up window was ranting about something to the other employees and was obviously mad. The 4-5 other employees were just standing around while my order of hot fudge sundaes was sitting there melting. Again little to nothing acknowledging me as a customer. Obviously a mismanaged store.

Well we stopped by this restaurant to get something to eat . First bite out of the burger revealed that somebody on the prep line lost some of their weave or hair in the burger. The manager did however refund my money. These restaurants need to tighten up on who is preparing food.
