Around 11:20am today I got a large Dr Pepper, small orange juice, and medium fry. Get home and realize my Dr Pepper has something floating in it. Multiple little pieces and huge pieces of I don’t even know what?! Tried calling them and the call got “disconnected” when I told them I didn’t want a free meal for compensation. This is nasty and being 32 weeks pregnant I want to throw up and cry. This McDonalds has gotten worse and worse, and this is the last straw for me. It’s not worth getting a refund for a $2 drink or a free meal, because who in the heck would want to eat there after this!

I pulled into the drive thru lane with no cars in line. I waited for 2-5 mins, no one said anything so I said hello. No answer, so I pulled to the first window and no one was there. I pulled to the second window where 2-3 young kids were chatting and joking around. I told the guy what happened and that I needed to order, he then asked a “manager” what to do and he told me to pull up to the line and they would figure something out? Figure what out what?

Went to buy a tiny tan figurine for my nieces birthday , was looking for a specific one. The young lady at the counter was very pleasant & helpful finding the one I needed.( and their were no customers in line ) One of the women in the back was making rude comments to the girl / me about looking for this figurine loud enough for me to hear. It’s not like I was getting it free , I was paying for it . I apologize to the young lady hoping I wasn’t getting her into trouble. I really don’t know what the big deal was .just miserable people out there.5 stars for the young lady who helped me .

Waited 8 minutes before we finally flagged someone down to take our order. Crew members would look you in the eye and keep on doing whatever. Mexican blonde girl with headset was EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE to another Customer while we were waiting as well. Never had these issues at this location before. This is HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! Waited over 12 minutes from time of order til food was ready. All they care about is their Damn Drive-Thru!!!!!!

This is the WORST McDonalds ever!!!! My family and I ordered our food and sat at the window for about 5 minutes only to be asked to pull up to wait. They then pulled up all three cars that were in line behind us into spots to wait. We all sat there for at least 5 to 10 more minutes. My husband went inside to complain and try to get our food. The workers were very rude and insulting and never once tried to apologize for the wait or inconvenience. Another gentleman also got out of his car to go inside to get his food and there was an older lady that said she had been standing at the counter for about 3 minutes or so only to try and get some napkins. When my husband got our bag and returned to the car, we realized they shorted us a medium fry…so he had to go back inside to get it. Just horrible, horrible service!!

The bathroom was so gross, I left without the meal I had already ordered and paid for. It had not been cleaned in days. Dust on the urinals and smelled like ammonia.

All in all, I’ve had no trouble with this location.
It’s on the highway, so I can see where picking up some quick food is convenient, delivery or no-delivery. The parking lot is better than other McDonald’s locations I’ve been to, plenty of space from what I can tell.
There’s a lady here who I think is a Shift Manager. She’s really nice and, to my surprise, remembered me.
One thing: I think the hours are off. The sign outside the drive-thru is 24/7, but someone who works here told me that they close at midnight (12:00 AM/00:00).

Friendly Service. Everything was accurate + My fries were super crispy & my burgers were HOT HOT . They also made sure I had napkins, sauce, etc so thats also a plus.
