THE WORST McDonald’s EVER PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR VAUABLE TIME? Ist and last time never visited this location again? Get Better service @ Burger King? Joseline the rudest manager I have came in contact with look down on me as if I was not worth her time so embarrassed? Explain to her my order was in correct? Use app code was accepted but never ordered? Joseline walk away from me then made a rude comment to make her employees look down @ me and laugh? Joseline definitely was unprofessional,no experience as a manger? She not employed to satisfy customers just her pockets? Clearly I left very disappointed? Very unacceptable? Can someone pls help me contact owners? Joseline refuse? I did also follow link and file complaint hopefully this helps community family?

Sick and tired of the same dot give a damn attitude and poor food quality. 5 mins in front of register before someone reluctantly took my order. Fries were disgusting. Fish was barely warm. No sorry or anything, get a “here” instead. McDonald’s corp need to start firing franchise owners and tie they contract to customer satisfaction. Enough…

Every time i come to this location its a problem. Tonight was no different my child was given 4 fries in their kids meal, when I ask the cashier for more they wanted to know if that was how it came, wow we were in drive thru and had just been handed our order. Same for our meals the fries were cold and hardly no fries, we sent them back only to get back more cold fries but this time they were full. My husband just said lets go home. I would upload the receipt but it printed where you cant read anything on it. Now we are at home warming up food we just paid for. Sad part is I have used the link on the app for this location before when i had another terrible experience, but no one ever reached out to me. I see the same staff doing the same stuff. I would hope that someone would care to make changes. Night time is when there’s issues.

Ordered via Uber Eats at 10:30pm, backing up other reviewers who stated that night shift employees here are stealing orders. My first driver arrived at 11pm and said the employees claimed “someone else” picked up the food and they refused to remake the order. More than an hour later and I have nothing and had to cancel. Cancel in Uber stated “the restaurant is closed,” well, the hours state this restaurant is open until midnight and should have been open when the first driver showed up at 11pm.
I had a very long day at my job and now I get to go hungry because yall didn’t feel like doing yours, thanks

This is hands down the WORST McDonald’s in the entire area and it’s unfortunate because it’s the closest one to my house. My disdain for this location cannot be overstated. Almost every single visit comes with some kind of issue. They mess up the order constantly. We almost ALWAYS end up waiting fifteen to twenty minutes for food that should take five. The fries are almost always cold with absolutely no salt. The food sucks! The service sucks! The wait time sucks!

Every time I go there, it’s a new face I’ve never seen before… which tells me the turnover rate is through the roof. When you constantly have brand new staff who don’t know what they’re doing, this is exactly what happens. And don’t even get me started on the McFlurry machine. It’s down more often than it’s working.

I used to stop here every morning for coffee, but I gave up because for whatever reason they can’t seem to have the coffee or espresso machine ready in the morning. How does a restaurant that is famous for breakfast not have coffee ready at breakfast time? I’ve tried calling multiple times to file a complaint, and nobody has EVER picked up the phone. Not once!

I don’t know what’s going on at this location or why no one seems to care, but something needs to be done. At this point it just feels like a group of people who don’t want to be there and don’t care… like at all! And that’s evident due to the constant issues, there has NEVER been a time I visited this location and there wasn’t an issue. I’m not even exaggerating That’s the crazy part!

I’ve given this location more chances than I should have, and I’m officially done.

This is the worst McDonalds ever. Went in today to get 2 Frappes. They were made wrong 3 times I paid fir extra and didn’t get it. The young Hispanic manager said it was in there but was not made correctly and they were out of whipped cream. Instead of giving me the caramel I paid for she was rude and argued with me. The 1st pic is what they gave me. The second is what it should look like if caramel was added. Also I could have done without her rudeness. I did report this to corporate since this establishment can’t and will not get it right. If they cared about the customer then they would have better employees with proper training.

I have given this place so many chances before writing this review, but they have continued to disappoint. I think the original family that owned this McDonald’s when it opened must no longer run it, because I see a different crew there and it has gone steeply downhill in the last year or so. Firstly, they are slow. One car in line? Expect to wait a few minutes. A few cars in line? Go ahead and catch up on your podcasts. More than 6 or 7 cars in line? Just go somewhere else, because you’ll waste your entire lunch break waiting for your food. That is not an exaggeration. Then, when you finally get your food and you’re hungry, angry and too tired to check your order and you just want to get the heck out of there, you will find that your order is missing at least one item. Often a straw or condiments, most of the time a burger or nuggets will be missing too. Then when you go to enjoy the world-renowned fizzy ice cold sodas that the McDonald’s brand is known for, you will find it flat or under-flavored, because they’ve let the CO2 or syrup run low. Then after all that disappointment, if you have time and can go back to ask for the drink to be remade or to gather your missing items, you will not receive any complimentary items for your trouble nor even so much as an apology. The employees at the window do not care. The only good thing I can say about this place is the food is pretty much always hot and tastes good. But that’s all, and you usually don’t even get the food you paid for. I write this review after having experienced this exact scenario at least 5 times.

This is a little nuts of a review. I got a double quarter pounder and got it within 30 seconds of ordering. That’s great…… then I order some chicken nuggets and I’ve been waiting 20min! I’m confused, shouldn’t it be the other way around

This is the absolute worst McDonald’s ever. All the employees ignore you when you come in with an order that they got completely wrong. Anytime I’ve come in the lobby there is a crowd of people with either wrong orders or long wait times for what they’ve ordered. Along with that it is not kept clean. I go in and there are receipts all over the floor. Counters stained and a mess. Tables never cleaned. No one is ever at the front counter either. You are just expected to use the kiosks. Whoever owns this needs to start over completely. Crew is terrible. Won’t help you and won’t listen. Orders are never right. Wait times are ridiculous. Please. Fix this McDonald’s!! Now I just drive to the one on Clayton boulevard because they always do it right!

I tried to find the contact info for the owners so i could do this privately, but they like to hide, so I’ll share here.
This is consistently the worst Mcdonald’s I’ve ever visited. I have complained several times, but this is today’s story.
I ordered a fudge Sunday in the drive thru. When I parked and tasted it, I found they didn’t use the sunday fudge. They used the chocolate syrup used for coffee. There’s a big difference. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location and that was the only 2 times I have been here this entire year. Not great stats. I drove back around and they made me another one with cold fudge. After eating a little, I went inside to throw it away and went into the ladies bathroom. I immediately smelled a strong bleach smell. Then I found the entire floor around the toilet was wet and smelled like bleach. There was no sign saying the bathroom was closed and no employee cleaning. While “indisposed ” someone walked in with a dustpan (obvious sound), started sweeping and must have heard me because I heard a MAN’S voice ask “is anyone in here”? This was AFTER he entered, the door closed behind him and he began sweeping. I said yes and he left, but not in a hurried sort of way and without apology. I immediately came out,washed my hands, went to open the door and met him trying to come in again. It was literally seconds after I told him I was in there.
I left, but about 30 min later, I noticed a bleached line all the way across my shirt. Obviously, what i thought was water all around the sink, was actually bleach left there without any warning at all.
This is just one of many experiences in this location. I’ve had gross food that the manager said was “from the oil not being cleaned because the employee who cleans it had been sick”.
These reviews are likely why the owners prefer to remain hidden. If they were smart they would see these customer complaints could be less damaging if they had a proper place to report them privately. Your reviews demonstrate what happens when you remove human access and owner accountability. By hiding the public knows you do not care at all about them.
