The kids game tables rarely work. Only one was working partly that day. When they brought out my friends granddaughter’s Happy meal, the cheeseburger was swamped and ketchup. It was so messy and nasty. She had to use three napkins to clean it up enough to be edible. They’ve been a couple times that I’ve had to have them fix orders when I’ve been there, but for the most part the food isn’t usually a problem.

It took them a year or two to settle in but finally for the first time ever I had a successful visit. Service had potential to be really bad but for a first, again, they put an experienced staff on along with a trainee during a busy period. The educated employee saved the day. Food came out accurate (enough for any McDonald’s). I didn’t have to wait an additional 8 minutes while half my meal was being corrected. Actually it’s been SO BAD at THIS McDonald’s inwas quite amazed and they finally earned a decent review.

Worst cheeseburger I’ve ever had in my 60 years . I thought it was all the McDonald’s used similar meat? The meat out of the Flower’s McDonald’s is barely edible. I went to McDonald’s in Frederick, Maryland and it was better, by a lot! I’m never going back. I will also direct my friends and family to eat elsewhere!

We’ve given this location a lot of chances and over 50% of the time they disappoint. Today our son wanted to eat inside. We got off only to wait over 20 mins for our food. With no one paying attention to their customers inside. Then, our food appeared to be slapped together quickly and fries were disappointing. Their Dr. Pepper ran out and they still gave us a watered down drink. We switched the drink and other customers also came inside to do the same. When Dr. pepper looks like tea, either stop selling it or replace it. Can’t wait for Hwy 55 to open down the street. If their strategy doesn’t change, they will lose a lot of customers.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Got a burger instead of nuggets…not a crazy big deal it happens….looking at the other reviews…it happens a lot here. Went in to get the correct food. Lady in front of me had her order order messed up too. Finally get up to the counter and gave the younger girl working the burger and explained what what was going on. Throws it back on the counter towards me and says you can throw that away. Grabs the nuggets and throws those too. I can’t figure out how the owners are okay with a business being ran like this. Maybe bulldoze it over and open a soup kitchen with the amount of food that’s flying out the window lol…

I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal, only pickle. Never told me the total at the speaker, and told me to pull forward (thankfully, I can read the screen, but if you want me to have my money ready at window, tell me the total).

Service was fine. Mobile order. My double cheeseburger was a mess though. Ketchup leaking everywhere on the wrapper and the top portion was halfway off the sandwich making a freaking mess! Not the McDs I used to work at back in the good old days.

I have tried to like this McDonald’s since it’s the only one close by. The first time we ate there, my bun had green mold and it has not gotten better. The fries are always terrible/cold and the burgers are soggy. We usually go during busy times, so you would think the food would be somewhat fresh. I’ve never eaten at a McDonald’s that is consistently gross. The only positive note is that I’ve never had any issues with the staff.
