I’ve ordered through the app and picked up in the drive through. I’ve ordered inside and eaten inside.

Drive thru line moves quickly, but I had to wait for the 2 (hot) mochas I ordered. After waiting for awhile I finally got them and they had already gotten cold! They also tasted watered down.

Anyways, It Is Tea! Yuck!
I guess he’s just seeing what he can get away with being new guy and all, but I poured that crap out and don’t appreciate the Lies!
The score I give is not because of today only but overall Experience with this McDonalds. If I was to grade them counting today it would be a 2-Star Review.

It was necessary to await the completion of the entire order before collecting the beverage, which is rather unfortunate when a frozen drink is part of the order. Such a drink, if left to sit, will inevitably begin to melt or become diluted. Additionally, the establishment had run out of the preferred sauce for the nuggets. While an alternative was available, it would be beneficial if such shortages were communicated prior to ordering, or if the item were temporarily removed from the menu until supplies are replenished, perhaps from another location if possible.

Every time we come here to order a burger, we ask “ONLY MAYONNAISE AND ONIONS” Drive through puts the order in correctly, the cooks are dyslexic and can’t read orders as they put: no onions on EVERY BURGER, pickles, mustard, ketchup. Mind you, we also paid $20 cash to have a little boy hand us change and a $20 dollar bill back. You guys impaired in there? 1-2-2026 6:00 p.m.

Do not order ahead of time and pay for breakfast before cut off and think you’re gonna be able to pick up anytime after 11! Paid for my bagel meal in full at 10:52am and went to pick up at 11:02 and told me i couldnt get my breakfast!! Not happy

I’m impressed! I’m not a “fast food” fan but my First time today in this location after the remodeling Felt like the first time I’d ever been in Macdonald’s I left a poor review after my last visit 8 months ago and hadn’t gone back. Now! WOW!!! The store looks great! Very COVID safe. No contact payment, plexiglass barriers in front of the registrar, desert display on counter, very high tech now. Staff was super friendly and fast. The new chicken sandwich was GREAT! I know, I feel silly going on and on about a company that’s been around forever but this was unexpected. It was really that nice. These people deserve all the praise for what they’ve done.
Going back tomorrow to try something else.
