When i say that this was the most delicious meal I’ve had in my life I mean it. I’ve had my handful of McDonalds and most of them have been aight . But this??? Absolute masterpiece. The food was fresh and the staff was friendly (really rare). I am for sure coming back. This food was so exquisite that if I could go back in time to eat it again, I would. The staff member who handed us our drinks was friendly. There was a brief few minutes wait as they prepare the drinks. His kindness in that time frame made the time go by fast and had the kids smiling.

I waited between 15-20 minutes in the drive-thru. I waited at least 10-12 minutes behind the car at the window. I don’t know why that car wasn’t asked to park until 10-12 min later? As a result, the mcflurry I ordered was half melted. I asked them to remake it and received a less than thrilled response. Immediately I was told to park and I asked right away WHY when the car in front of didn’t have to for 10-12 minutes. I am 110% convinced that was an immediate retaliation response for me asking for my mcflurry to be remade. It was a very frustrating experience.

I think McDonald’s puts out a good product, but I’m over their lack of customer service. They need to hire people who want to be there. Multiple locations in the Raleigh area have been lacking in friendliness and courtesy. Last time today. They all could learn a lesson from Chick fil A.

There was a glitch with the mobile app today that resulted in the restaurant not knowing I was there for my curbside order. The young lady who ended up bringing out my order had realized something was wrong, took the initiative to ask me about it before I could flag her down, knew exactly which order belonged to me as she noticed one was sitting in there not getting picked up, and, much to my surprise, she told me she switched out my fries for fresh ones before bringing the order out.

I have a never waited so long for a hash brown. It took around 45 minutes to even get the people in the back to realize they had orders coming through. When I finally got my food my drink cup was dirty and already filled with some sort of liquid. In the corner I was sitting in there 3 big flies taunting me while I ate. The cooks were absolutely horrible but the FOH guy was doing his best. Service would have been better at Applebees. DONT GO HERE.

The service wasn’t terrible this time I went, but the people working this afternoon are probably some of the most sour, rude, and bitter workers I’ve ever seen at McDonald’s. Especially the manager that was counting the drawer and the people running the food for the front counter. If you hate your job that much, quit and get a different job. There’s plenty of other places along route 70 alone you shouldn’t have an issue finding a place. That is unless with the attitude they have they already burnt through all their bridges on the strip.
