I’ve been eating breakfast here every morning for the last 4 days. Nine times out of 10 it’s been spot on. This morning, however, the coffee was not very hot, which is the reason I gave it a four star instead of five. The McGriddle I ate was delicious. The lady at the drive-thru was pleasant and swift. I would highly recommend this McDonald’s.

This McDonald’s, as the most incredible managers and team members. I have never seen a company that has their whole entire team members morale was smiling laughing.. All the while they were getting orders together faster than the negative Debbie Downer McDonald’s. In Clayton they should be the training hub for the Raleigh Clayton area. Because when I say I felt included and loved at this store.. Not to mention how much the morale you could feel in the air. It will make me drive 20 extra minutes to go get food from them. Because the food actually tasted really good. It didn’t taste thrown together or anything. So I give this store a 10 out of 10. And if you’re looking for a job they’re hiring.. Who wouldn’t want to work where your bosses act like you matter.. I love this location!

Had to wait in line just to get ketchup because this location doesn’t keep condiments out, which was inconvenient while with my little niece. I grabbed two packets from a nearby tray and an employee responded with a rude attitude and snatched it away. Hoping management can improve customer service and make condiments easier to access.

For ordering a large big mac meal with a vanilla shake and 2 cheeseburgers, I would expect it to take some time, like 5 to 10 minutes. And that was the expected rough estimate for my order. However, it took easily 20 minutes of waiting for me to receive my order. I actually started to think that my order was somehow not even in their system, but I saw my order at the top of their docket. They hadn’t even started making my order until 10 minutes after I was waiting inside. I also wasn’t the only person with issues with their orders. When my food was finally done, it was handed to me with a snarky, sarcastic attitude. I’ll admit that I did get a little annoyed and asked aloud about my order, and complained to other waiting customers about the slow service from this place. I still feel sorry for the 3 few good hardworking employees at this establishment, but the service and speed here were horrendous, especially for a fast food place.

Extremely rude location. I had drove many miles out of the way from another McDonald’s to trade happy meal toys we are collecting that we had just got in today’s lunch at another location I was told I could trade them but then I get here they refused. Then I offered to buy the toys we don’t have and they said no unless I buy food and was rude about it We just ate lunch at another McDonald’s!!!!I won’t be back to this location EVER… And I normally don’t leave bad reviews for places unless REAlly deserved…I had told them I drove outta my way to do this!

Went thru drive thru and was told to pull in spot 2 to wait on food. 20 minutes later, I had to go inside for food and they didn’t have my order. Wanted my ticket and I said I was not offered a receipt at the drive thru when I paid for my order. On top of that, I am standing at counter, no one offered to help me. I finally had to stop someone and tell them my situation. No Im sorry, nothing. I will drive out of my way to another McDonald’s.

My order was not available after I paid and I had to park and wait 10 minutes.
Ok, doesn’t sound that bad, but this is a more recent phenomenon. I suspect the cause is a lack of adequate staffing. Or, perhaps, the McD is not designed to handle a lot of customers.
I ordered fries and there was a wait for the burger. Apparently, they set up a bag with fries and by the time I got them, they were luke warm and soggy.
My first job was at McD and your customers and employees deserve better treatment.

Hispanic lady worker (wears big black glasses, older lady) is VERY RUDE! She yelled in my face telling me I couldn’t get a not melted down to water smoothie because it was a mobile order. An order I placed less than 5 minutes of my arrival. Next incident, picking up an order and looked me in my face and took the next person that walked in after me, shouted their order and completely disregarded my order. 20 minutes later everyone had their order and I have nothing. This lady needs to be held accountable for her disrespectful actions.

My husband and I frequent this McDonald’s alot. The past couple of times the service has really gone downhill. The cashier barely spoke while she took our order. The person that brought our food out didnt say a word and when we asked for some honey mustard they looked at us like we were crazy. I asked for no onions and no tomato on my burger and got 3 pieces of tomato.The restrooms were also in need of some attention. This McDonald’s used to be top notch. I dont know what has changed. We will find a different store from now on.
