On a previous visit to McDonald’s, I witnessed the cook swipe my sandwich bread across the counter before preparing my order.
From my vantage point, he could have been wiping something off onto the bread or wiping something onto it. Either way, that is not acceptable food handling. I cancelled my order.
This is part of a larger pattern of issues across several different McDonald’s locations. Despite multiple concerns being raised, I have experienced difficulty in being contacted by someone from an office, when I was contacted that interaction was unprofessional and combative. When I asked to speak with a manager instead of engaging at that level, I was told one would follow up. No one did. After multiple follow ups I was contacted by Lester.
When I was finally contacted by a manager named Lester he contacted me regarding the incident above and stated he would send a gift card as a resolution. That follow-through never happened.
This review is a direct request to be contacted by someone in Corporate who can address the totality of these experiences and the repeated lack of accountability.

I ordered a double qt plain just with onion. For one the bacon wasn’t added plus it came with everything I requested off. Everything was cold, I stay 5 mins up the road.

The was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. I asked for a fish sandwich to be cooked fresh. The supervisor handed me a fish sandwich that had been warmed up in a microwave. It was rubbery and hard. When I went in the store, he reprimanded me and the employees for their bad service. He told me the next time I ordered, I need to specify ” cooked to order”. Really? Should I not expect it to be hot and fresh. The attitude of the employees were affected by the poor management style. As for me, if it meant being hunger or visiting this store with this management employee there, I would go hungry. I’m sure I’m not the only one affected by him. I watched 3 other people with complaints while I waited on a cooked to order fish sandwich was made.

I got a Oreo McFlurry and a $5 McChicken Meal Deal with a medium sweet tea. The total was $10.60 and I paid $15. The worker gave me .40¢ and when I questioned her she kept questioning me as if I needed to scam a local McDonalds out of $4 dollars when all I wanted was my appropriately change. I insisted I paid $15 and told her to check the cameras and then she only gave me $3. She then proceeded to give me no drink, and when I asked her she just gave me the cup instead of the sweet tea. The sweet tea was .40¢ and they removed the self serve sweet tea machine so the only way to get sweet tea is by going to the cashier. No english speakers were in the building and it was hard to communicate for customer service. The tables were dirty with leftover food staying on them for 30 minutes. Horrible service with mediocre food and a disappointingly nasty area of eating.

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle with a fried egg instead of scrambled eggs and tbh I don’t know what I got, but in the pictures you can see instead of a McGriddle it’s something else with a hamburger bun and no fried egg like I asked for.

Mostly bad experiences. Expect that your burger will be dry, taste fishy/spoiled, not have enough sauce, etc. I don’t wanna know how 。゚old 。 some this stuff is.
Every time you get food, you have to go to the counter to request sauces. Except, they are often really busy and I feel terrible asking. The cash register isn’t staffed often so best to order in the app.
The worst tasting items are the quarter pounders and mcchickens. Have had qp’s 6 times, only tasted good once. Have had mcchickens 2-3 times, disgustingly☆soggy and had to choke it down. The ONLY thing that’s been alright are the fries, which can be a little hard/not warm.
TASTE YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Wish the only convenient McDonalds wasn’t terrible.

They will sell non made to order food from the previous dinner shift. Ordered 2 Mcdoubles at 10:35AM. Received two very old (5+hour) heat lamp baked burgers. You can tell when a burger has been sitting for while, and why would it have been sitting if they just begun serving lunch? Because it was from the prior dinner shift. Please do better

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone to this McDonald’s when they were open, like you can see people inside, all the lights are on, and you just see car after car trying to use the intercom system and there’s nobody there to take an order. It happens to me all the time. I just stopped going to this McDonald’s because they cannot get their staff right. If it’s not one thing, it’s another.
They sent me a link, I’ve already gone to the link and reported this. I’ve also called McDonald’s customer support and talked to them about it. The manager called and talked to me on the phone and it still has not gotten fixed. I went last night and I wasn’t the only car that was driving in circles around the store looking in the window trying to figure out why nobody was answering the intercom. If the intercom lights are on and there are workers in the restaurant, this is just unacceptable. Clearly the manager doesn’t care about it. They’re going to go out of business.

They now want to charge a dollar for water cup after spending $25 on other food and drink. Got order wrong, Manager was extremely helpful and nice though.
