Food is typical McDonalds. Nothing good or bad about it. What’s not great is the drive through service. We timed our experience at 42 minutes from the time we entered the line to the time we got our food. Internal management and organization is not efficient and workers seemed to be scrambling. Multiple orders in front of us were not correct and customers were handing back food through the window for them to correct. I would recommend going into the establishment to place an order.

I dont know why its 3.6 review, but me and my husband came here at 1:30 am Wednesday morning and Sam, Adrian and Kevin went above and beyond to satisfy us. They were very courteous, and really cared about making sure we were happy with our order. They work in a very good teamwork manner. After having a stressful day, they made our night. They told me they had to cook the spicy Krispy sandwich it was the only thing I ordered I said that’s fine 25 mins later after countless cars going around me I decided to go in and get my refund, after I got my refund I asked the guy/manager did y’all even make the sandwich he replied yes. I laughed and walked off I had a hour and half drive home. I don’t complain much bc my self worked in restaurants for 15 years but this mcdonalds is unacceptable.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I did half the work for them by placing a mobile order, but after sitting at the speaker for 10 minutes without being acknowledged my husband decided to pull to the window, where we were told that they were backed up… I personally watched 4 vehicles leave without ordering and there was NO ONE inside the restaurant… there were employees walking around on their phones in front of the windows and we had to “pull forward” only to receive COLD food that was laying in the bag out of the wrapper!!! If you can wait the additional 3 miles to get to Dunn I highly recommend the additional drive!

The staff here is amazing, the food is always hot and seems fresh. Never have a problem, they are very responsive and handle issues appropriately. This is probably the best McDonald’s out there, the horrible locations in Angier and the one at 40/210 could learn a lot from these guys. A++++

We stopped for a quick meal on our long trip home from Florida. It turned out that it wasn’t quick. Look longer than usual for our food and when they brought it out they only gave us two straws.. we needed 4 and said they ran out. Forgot half our order. When my wife went back up to get it and exchange drinks they handed her another straw.. wasnt the best experience.

I am a Uber driver and DoorDash and they caused me to lose money because the food was not ready for the customer and they also gave the customers order to someone else. I had sit there for about an hour waiting on two customers orders and they did not have one of them And the other one was missing some stuff in it so I didn’t get paid for my deliveries and I just sit there for a whole hour for nothing and I did. I just think this need to be brought to someone’s attention because once we pick up the orders and stuff or get there and sign in it is a wait Time And sometime it’ll be like 30 minutes to 45 minutes or they miss somebody order and they seal the bag so we can’t look in it to see if it’s missing, but we lose money. That way they didn’t try to conversation me in any kind of way the manager that was on duty that night he said that the order had already been taken, but the customer hadn’t gotten their order they gave the order to the wrong Uber driver and the store was closing so he was like I need to contact Uber Uber I mean DoorDash Daddy told me to take the order but I informed them that the store is closed and the customer still hasn’t gotten older and they paid for it nor did I get paid for thatso someone need to reimburse me for my money in my gas and I think it should be McDonald’s or at least give me a free meal to replace my time my money

It’s a pretty neat orderly inside. Me and my friend ordered in the restaurant because the drive thru was pretty long. The only other time we came here was on Easter Sunday around and noon ajd obviously it was packed inside and out. This time we came it was pretty much empty and the cashier was polite and took our order with no problems. There was a little long of a wait because of all the drive thru orders but our order was nice and warm when we finally got our food. Also I thought the inside designs were very pretty. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I’ll continue to visit this McDonald’s!
