I just visited this location and I have to say it was such a pleasant experience. The manager Tracy greeted me and the other customers while we were waiting, asked if we needed anything while we were waiting. All the employees were moving fast, and doing their jobs with a smile. My food was fresh, hot, and accurate. from visiting this location a few months ago, you can tell they weeded out the bad employees. But Tracy is doing a great job and I think he deserves recognition., normally you don’t walk into a McDonald’s and the manager is greeting you with a smile.

I always avoid going here during the evening because of the slow drive thru and poor customer service and food. As much as I hate to say It really is those teenagers. I stopped by the McDonald’s in Benson and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The drive-thru was extremely slow, and when I finally received my order, several items were missing. By the time I realized it, I was too far down the road to turn back.
I understand things get busy, but accuracy and speed are important—especially when people are on the go. I hope the team can work on improving their drive-thru efficiency and double-checking orders so customers get what they pay for.

Service was fine, however, I received a 4 piece nugget happy meal instead of a six count. They put 4 nuggets in the 6 box. My fries were cold, and my sweet tea tasted like water. Additionally, I was also told that there were no shakes available at all. Overall, the food was cold but the service was fine.

BEWARE!! MOST stores do not charge for Big Mac Sauce or extra sauce in general. This store charges 50 CENTS per sauce. Not to mention the last 4 times I have been to this store you can not get hot or fresh food. The bun and biscuit have been so hard they were not edible. I have taken videos of all four meals and put them on my social media channels totaling more than a million subscribers. They caught the attention of Mc Donalds and I have spoken to there cooperate office. Mc Donald profits are down and they are charging you for everything they can. Then they wonder why they are loosing customers. They are not cheap and you can not even recieve some what hot or fresh food. It is not rocket science. By the way as I documented it does not matter if you eat at this store in the middle of the night with no other customers or if this store is busy. The food is bad and very expensive. There are to many other places to eat that care about their food and are not over charging their customers. Including other neighboring stores.

Would give it zero if I could fire and hire a whole new staff cause them high school kids yall got dont do there jobs they have loud conversations about anything where everyone can hear.. order wait times are insanely long as a customer and a dasher, food will be missing had to go back cause they forgot the buger for my two cheese burgers, inahve heard them say they leaving after school ect will not be going back until I see chnage and I live only 6 mins from the place I would rather travel then go here

Terrible waits and poorly trained staff. I whole hardly understand it is teenagers working and this is a great first job for them! However upper management needs to have some staff that has a higher level of training with the teenagers. I placed an online order drove 15 minutes there and still waited over 35 minutes in the store for my food! This is completely unexceptable. I would not be so upset if I was the only one waiting but multiple people were and had been there with similar wait times while staff laughed joked and seemingly had quite a few employees doing nothing. This is also not the first time I have had a similar experience. Tonight will be the last time a stop by this McDonald’s.

Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. 11:20pm now order at 10:51pm. And only 3 cars have completed their order. What are they doing on the inside. Btw still haven’t gotten food yet. 4 cars ahead.

Ordered a meal (Large Size) and an extra large fry…
Got home and opened the bag to find that both large fries were half full… Looked in the bottom of the bag, and no fries, so no they didn’t spill out into the bag… I was a little curious so I looked up the size portion on a web site… The sizes are as follows:
Small – 75 grams
Medium – 110 grams
Large – 178 grams
At that point I weighed both of my 2 “Large Fries” to find 1 weighed in at 88 grams and the other weighed in at 70…
So one was in-between a small and a medium and the other wasn’t even a small…
NOT WHAT I PAID FOR…!!!
Super disappointed in this location… I will continue to visit this store and next time I will be stepping inside with my concerns and commits…
