Stop putting the ugly/nasty side of the egg on the cheese and wear some hair nets!!! I find a hair in my food from here at least once a week!!! It’s disgusting and seems intentional at this point…
I don’t even dare to attempt to order from here if the night shift is working. Order will be wrong and staff is rude and unapproachable. Night shift was so bad, they would intentionally turn off the sign and lights in the parking lot and it would only be like 8pm, just to make it look like they were closed.. they also will purposely close the dinning room early, preventing you from going in to receive your mobile orders forcing you to go through the drive thru.
If your order is wrong, they will just make you a random burger instead of just looking at the ticket… I made the order correct, you did not follow on the order. I should not have to repeat what my order was if you have the ticket or even being shown the receipt of the order. Which follows up on my next issue, hire some employees who can actually read the menu because they clearly can’t read English in the back.

I’ve had a few issues with food quality over time, specifically the chicken but this upset me. I work at 6am which means I have a solid 15 minutes for a break, so I decided to go to McDonald’s for a biscuit. I bit into this and something pulled and snapped like rubber.
DISGUSTING. I almost gagged and spit it out, then I couldn’t eat any of it. Seeing as they charge almost $4 for a biscuit, it was a whole waste. Tbh just don’t get crispy chicken here, maybe any McD.

So called “manager” was more busy flirting with the customer before me that he didn’t give me my drink for my kids meal and then served me…half of a medium fry that was undercooked. After waiting 10mins for him to have a whole life convo with some girl in front of me…. want be back to this location again. Fries are literally the EASIEST thing to cook.

This is am excellent McDs location with the morning shift drive thru team.
But the evening shift is terrible. Way too slow and the location is not busy at all. 9pm. Totally dissatisfied with the drive thru service at night!

Truer words have never been spoken, friends. My closer location, unfortunately, has has many operational issues that I have tried to look past and work with, we are all human after all.
I stubbornly stuck with them until I chanced upon this location a little further away from my normal stomping grounds, and I have to say the difference is night and day.
The staff here are so much friendlier, and the food is made when ordered and does not have that “I sat in a warmer past throwout.” feel and taste.
The fries, oh the fries. Perfect salty little beacons of spud divinity given to us in our time of dire need.

Great half and half tea as well as the mocha frappe with extra shot if expresso and extra chocolate drizzle. Yum. Excellent choice again today. Really enjoy going to this location as well as the Aldi’s next door.

This McDonald’s location continues to disappoint. I ordered two sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffins hold the hair. I ate the first one with no issues. Open the second one and there is a hair hanging off the side. I went to pull it out and it was wrapped around the sausage and trapped between the egg and sausage. This means the hair didn’t fall into the sandwich, it was made into the sandwich. This was a very disgusting way to start the day. Spend money on food I cannot eat. Situations like this has been what prompts me more and more to prepare my food from home.
