I spent $21 for a single meal and some cookies. The bun on my Big Mac was like hockey pucks it was ridiculous harder than I’ve ever seen. And they were super busy so I don’t understand why they’re using old stuff. Then they had me pull to the third window I waited almost 30 minutes for cookies first and last experience at this one I had to throw the whole Burger away

yall always findin a way to mess up my orders EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. i just LOVE when my frappe is 90% ice and 10% drink. SOOOOOO refreshing after my 8 hour shift! – note that this is after like 20 minutes of melting so 30% of ice melted but good job mcdonalds!

Pretty standard McDonalds from a food quality perspective. Although it has a Play Place, the location feels very cramped and small..
The staff are quick and efficient even for the busy lunch hour which is pretty impressive. Parking lots were spacious and not at all packed.

Not a good experience after eating here for the first time today. Picked up a couple egg McMuffins and there are egg shells in the eggs. The sandwich itself even just tastes off. Totally not cool. Tried called but the lines are off, not ringing. Would not recommend this McDonald’s.

Ordered two cheeseburgers no pickles extra onions . First time got the burger back it just had cheese and bread no meat.
Second time extra pickles no onions
Third time they finally got it right.
Also saw them drop nuggets on floor and pick them up and use them .
Workers making food also laughing about getting customers orders wrong.

My online/pickup order was short two items. The associate told me I was wrong and asked for my receipt, which I produced. She then conceded that it was she who was wrong. She also apologized. All is well that ends well.

The cashier was also the server, therefore proper sanitation procedures were not followed. You can’t wear the same gloves handling food and money! And she had terrible customer service skills.

I ordered off the electric menu and all I ordered was 2 plain sausage biscuits and I had to pay at the counter and it took them 12 minutes to see me there were plenty of people at the store and all of them were just on there phones and chatting with each other and when I was finally able to pay I had to wait 23 minutes!! To get my food and I probably would of had to wait longer if I didn’t stop one of them and ask why are they all hanging around and she said it’s MC Donald’s don’t expect much from us which is crazy because I also have a job to do and I don’t know anyone who would say that about the place they work at it’s just crazy if you don’t like the place you work quit and find something else and if you can’t do that then man the hell up and do your job
