I stopped by here at 2:08am on a Sunday night. I ordered a large caramel mocha with no whip cream via the app. I went through the drive thru. When I got to the speaker, I was told they didn’t have it so I got a large mocha frappe instead. The wait was fairly short. It was a little thick but it was tasty. I enjoyed it.

The McDonald’s is good, but the people who make the coffee always give me a hard time when I leave the coffee be cold or not hot enough. I’ll have to take it back in there because it’s not what I asked for and when I say good morning they always say how are you doing And pass me my drink and turn ahead. I’m trying to call up there so I can get a fresh coffee because my coffee is cold and I’m on the way to work.

Went here with 2 friends and got the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It took a good 30 minutes to get through to the second window at the drive through, and they were not busy enough to justify all that, so we already knew something was up.
When we finally got there, we were asked what we ordered. We recited our orders as best as possible, enough that he should’ve known which order was ours. Instead, he started asking for our receipts and if we were just messing around or if we actually ordered anything. I have never been required to keep my receipts to get what I ordered, and I have never been accused of theft at a McDonald’s drive through. It took a lot of (very unprofessional) back and forth to get our orders, and when we finally got all that was ORDERED AND PAID FOR it was shoved in my hands and we were told to “just go” and the window was closed very abruptly.
unsurprisingly, one of our orders was still incomplete, missing a drink, and mine was noticeably stale from sitting around too long. I don’t expect stellar customer service from a McDonald’s drive thru, but I also don’t expect to get berated and insulted as a paying customer!

My order was 4 double cheeseburger w/o pickles, and no salt burgers plus large French Fries no salt, I received cool feeling burger w/o melted cheese that did contain salted meat and the fries had a slight coating of salt like they were dumped in the usual salted pan to pull mine from. Also not hot just warm. Then I called to report that they didn’t pay attention to my order request I was asked if I had the food to bring back since the kids had stared eating before we realized the error they made I said no the kids had stared eating it. Her response was “oh ok I will pass the info on for review “. Do we paid for food not ordered and threw most of it away . Stay away from this McDonald unless you like Luke warm not as ordered food!

I have went here 2 mornings in a row and couldn’t get any food. 1st time they said system is rebooting for breakfast at 3:30 am and next day for the 2nd time they said 15 min wait with no one else there and this time I waited till 4:15 am. Extremely poor customer service. If I could give no stars I would. Thanks for the great experience.

Store Manager came in the store off duty and humiliated one of her employees working drive thru in front of everyone in between 5:30-5:45pm. She was yelling at her and extremely unprofessional telling her shift leader “to snatch her headset off and send her home”, threatening her job in regular clothes! The girl who was in drive thru is a very good worker and a very polite person, she didn’t deserve being treated that way! This isn’t the first time I’ve seen this store manager treat her employees bad either!

Update your Uber Eats pickup instructions. Told the person in the drive thru that I was there for an Uber order. They said Ok, pull up. So I sat in line for 20 mins only to be told to go park, get out of my car, and go to this tiny window and ring the bell. I have never picked up at a McDonald’s that had the pickup window. Why not tell me that in the drive thru? Really made me wait 20 mins for what? Rude and idiotic people working here for sure. Too busy talking bad about coworkers for everyone at the drive thru window to hear I guess.
