You guys have me not just ONE but FOUR raw quarter pounders and I always come to this McDonald’s and I will be taking my service to another location you guys can’t even pick up a phone and when i came in face to face you refused to remake my food or even give my money back hell a weeks supply of free food would have been even better. If you don’t like your job find something else that suites you cause you clearly can not flip burgers nor cook right. Out here just making people sick you should be ashamed of yourself!

This McDonald’s location left me pretty disappointed. I ordered a chicken biscuit, but the chicken was rubbery and undercooked—it wasn’t edible, and I ended up throwing it away. Definitely avoid ordering chicken from here.
On the bright side, my sausage McGriddle was decent, so not everything was bad.
The two ladies working the drive-thru window were very kind and provided great service, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the food quality just didn’t meet expectations.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORSE!!! Went and got a steak and cheese bagel combo that came up to $10.66. I got my food and went to my hair appointment, i took 2 bites of this sandwich and noticed that i kept chewing on “something”. When i removed it it looked like i was chewing on paper. I open my sandwich and BOOM! They cooked the parchment paper that’s comes in between the meat and left it on and made my sandwich with it still cooked on the steak. NOPE that’s not an onion it’s a full sheet of parchment paper. I have attempted to call this location numerous times and NO ONE answers the phone, i call corporate to make the complaint and was told it could take 4 days to get a response! MCDONALDS IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!

I’ve had my last 3 DoorDash orders placed from this location and received it with something missing. This time my child’s whole happy meal was missing. I called and of course no answer. It’s very irritating and to call the McDonald’s app support for them to say further investigation is needed I promise I won’t place another DoorDash order from McDonald’s again!

Fine food, but the drive through is consistently extremely, extremely slow, at least at breakfast time. I’ve tried a few times over 5 years, and I don’t think I’ve even gone through the breakfast drive through line in less than 40 minutes. The last time I went, I started a video when I first got in line, didn’t move, started panicking because I was feeling trapped by all the traffic, and when I finally got out of the parking lot without ordering or the line even moving in the line, the video was at 14 minutes. I understand being short-term understaffed, but this has been my experience every time I go. And being busy is fine, but not moving at all in 14 minutes? There wasn’t even anyone at the windows when I finally escaped, just people waiting to order.

I had no nugget sauce in my bag and i asked for a sauce. I explained the ketchup on the receipt was for my fries. They asked me to pay 32 cent for the sauce. I asked for the manager because I know an order of nuggets come with a sauce regardless if it was rung up wrong or not. The manager began to give a lecture on how it was rung up on the app. IT DOESNT MATTER… JUST GIVE ME THE SAUCE FOR MY NUGGETS….it is unbelievable. Please do better and treat your customers better please. I may not go to this location anymore. ( BTW, I only wanted one sauce LOL, ridiculous!) And homeless people knock on our window, while we in drive thru. I always try and help out but … That is not cool at all!

Came in to order. After waiting 15 minutes and having to stand and watch a completely inappropriate argument between another customer and a Refuel clerk (gas station across the street) basically the whole time. I stood and waited while people got their food well before me that ordered after. I saw multiple customers ask for extra sauces and not get charged. It was only when I ask that I get charged. Normally everything would have been fine bc rules are rules but.. if I hadn’t been waiting for my food for so long and I mean.. I didn’t get mustard, pickles or onions on 2 burgers. Use that price for a free sauce. Only reason I go here is because I love McDonald’s but come on, do better!

We waited 20 minutes in the 2 lane drive through for a single iced coffee. When we got to the second window we were told to pull up and they would bring it out to us later. I can’t remember ever having to pull up and wait for just a drink at any fast food place. I love McDonald’s, but we’re never going to this location again.
