Spent almost $10 on breakfast this morning, and they gave me this nasty biscuit. I tried calling to get a refund since I live out of town. I only wanted a refund for the biscuit, but they said I’d have to bring it back. I’d end up spending more money on gas than the biscuit’s worth. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

Stopped in on our way though to VA & it was nice looking location. Clean lobby. Staff,not so friendly. ( That’s common at Mcdonald’s tho ) They seemed mildly busy. If we are in the area, I’m sure we would stop back in regardless. Nothing stood out to make us want to return to this specific location.

I came in ordered two frappes, waited almost 20 minutes and while waiting there the whole time the manager was yelling and mocking his cook employees. Telling another girl who just laughed that he would fire the cook if it was up to him. Completely unprofessional. Oh and my frappes were half empty. I will be contacting corporate. That is not how you lead and certainly not how to retain clients! Worst excuse for a human let alone leader.

So I got 2 burnt mcchickens when I came here. Usually the food is alright but for some reason someone threw these patties on the bun, looked at it and said “yeah that’s fine”. Oh and the best time to get iced coffee is in the mornings. For some reason getting it during lunch just tastes like they poured hot coffee over ice and added the syrup and cream.

Visited 10/29/2025 8:33 am. Wanted quickly meal. Place stays busy so I thought must be good. Ordered bacon egg cheese bagel. Went in and placed order. Came right out. Thought wow. We’ll whole thing was cold and way too much mayo on it. (Do not know if this normally on it or not. I prefer not) . Could hardly take two bites. Very disappointing.

Bro everything there is horbile before they got my whole oder wrong I mean COMPLETELY WRONG! I will never ever come back there ! I went there with 4 people me , my sister , grandma , aunt . We ordered a fish fa la with 2 fishes extra trader no cheese with a extra large fries and a extra large. Drink and they put cheese , 1fishes , NO tarter sauce and charge us extra for extra large drinks and fries and for 2 fishes and extra tarter sauce and I oder two of them and got it both wrong the size of the drink cup they gave us was A KIDS I mean it was those small little cups that is not plastic but like the cardboard cups that’s white not clear and has a m in yellow on it yea that’s what they gave us and they didn’t give us any of the monopoly stickers were to post to get and I oder 20 peace chicken nuggets and medium fries and drink and ranch sauce they gave me 3 I mean THREE chicken nuggets. And charged me for the 20 and Mt fries they where COLD . Oh and my sister’s she oder the big Mac and inside was a paper that said that’s why your big like what the heck never once will I go there again with how mean and charge you for prices u wanted and give u WRONG things oh and there bathroom oh hunny no there was lerget pee all on there floor never once will I go there again and when I ask to talk to the manager the worker said oh she ain’t here like bruh and they didn’t even give me my money back or nothing. The workers are so mean food nasty

Today on the app I ordered a McRib combo, almost $12. Once getting to the window, I was informed they did not have the McRib bun. They said they could substitute a bun and cut the patty in half so it would fit on the bun. I was a little surprised, but it was OK, and I asked them to just issue a refund. They said I would have to come inside to get the refund. I told them I did not want to come inside. They said I didn’t have a choice. The manager on duty then told me I was trying to start an argument. He became very cynical and Was rude. This happened today about 1:30 to 2 PM if someone would like to look at your cameras and confirm what I’m saying. See, I have a disability. I couldn’t come inside, not without it becoming a big deal. But they make the conscience decision to belittle someone and force them to come inside to do a refund rather than issue it at the drive thru. I ended up taking the food since I could not go inside. The sad thing is the McRib was horrible. It basically had hardly any barbecue sauce and very little mate. Shame on the manager for just thinking of himself and not caring. What an inconvenience it is for his customer that supports him. The food at McDonald’s has become so expensive that it’s just not worth it anymore.

Parking lot is horrible to get into basically anytime of day, so try to come in to turn right into it. Typically mobile orders are quicker but still slow during the day. Some of the gentlemen that deliver the food out to your car are the most wonderful, nicest people!

This place is horrible the manager cesar treats all his employees horrible he has bad behavior he yells at them he has to be the worst manager i seen he’s constantly putting people down, making sarcastic comments i cannot stand this and the ladies bathrooms are always clogged which is so disgusting, he treats customers horrible by giving attitudes and my burger was all smushed.

Once again, we ordered 2 large fries and got less than half of a container. PLUS I ordered a double cheeseburger and it came without onions. I didn’t order it that way! Honestly I am pretty much done with McDonald’s PERIOD. They don’t respond to reviews. They made the sandwiches smaller and raised the price!
