I arrived at McDonald’s with a simple dream: chicken nuggets. Ten small golden soldiers of happiness.
Instead, I was handed a fish sandwich.
No warning. No explanation. Just aquatic betrayal.
I opened the bag and the Filet-O-Fish was sitting there like it had been waiting for me… like it KNEW what it did.
I never ordered fish. I never even hinted at fish. I don’t even look at the ocean like that.
Somewhere out there, my nuggets are missing. Possibly scared. Possibly being eaten by someone who didn’t order them either. This is bigger than all of us.
McDonald’s, I’m not saying there’s a fish-based conspiracy happening in your kitchen… but I am asking questions.

I love this place. They are super fast. And if they do mess up your order, which is very rare, they will make you a whole new whatever you order. People work hard here, and that’s why I go here. I appreciate their hard work.

So fast service in the drive thru. I think the kitchen crew should put more lettuce and tomatoe on my chicken sandwich. The sandwich should have been warmer. I’ve had better. Its better when the sandwich doesnt look like its thrown to a bunch of wild animals. Looking at the messy sandwich wasnt as appetizing, but my hunger was satisfied.

Food good. The playplace was a mess. Ketchup on floor sticky seats, dirty tables. Yes I told cashier and no one cares. Been 30 min and still no one cleaning the area. Took pic but it’s worse than it shows. Maybe next time it will be better. We like bringing the grandkids here to the playplace.

Worst customer service asked for my drink to be filled she just gave me a small cup of ice so I can add it on top of my drink instead of just remaking the drink. I even told her I don’t wanna be a bother but the orange juice is large and already $3!!! Why not fill the drink up!

We sat in the drive thru for 10m with no one being help. People coming out from inside said they weren’t making any more meals.
I had a cancel my order because they weren’t going to make it anyway. The absolute worst McDonalds I’ve ever been at.

It’s a McDonald’s. I adore McDonald’s. That’s why we went before an event to get a little snack because we were starving. Simple breakfast order. Two coffees, one McGriddle, and a hash brown. The McGriddle only had the bun!!! How do you even package that up at any point in the assembly line without the contents of the sandwich. I was ready to drive right back through to correct the situation, but my friend said it wasn’t a big deal and nobody wants to upset the food preppers and we were heading to an event so didn’t have a ton of extra time. But just the bun!!? Rudeeeeeee and so disappointed because few things are as sad as being left hungry and heartbroken expecting one thing to eat and only getting a subpar inadequate part of it.

Ok….. as you know i really only do positive reviews… this must be said. About a week ago at this McDonald’s location i witnessed 2 Caucasian, female managers harassing this black dude about trespassing….. There were 3 other people there using laptops withno food. The man was waiting on his kids to get there to buy them food. These 2 women called the police…. i left. Too disgusted to eat there. And im NEVER going back. Support who u want. My kids are biracial and i will not allow them to think that type of behavior is ok

Original review: Drive thru with an app order. At the speaker i identified my order number and she said my name it was under and wars told to drive up to the 1st window. When I got there that person did not see my order so she just kept saying she didn’t see my order. Finally I just showered her my phone, and said the person at the speaker knew my name and told me to stop here. She then waved me on and said to go to the next window. So I did and they had my order, but I did mention to the person that the person at the 1st window didn’t have a clue where my order was and didn’t seem to know what to do. She then explained to me that she(1st window) probably couldn’t see it once they processed it. Well, ok, but what a system problem . Just send me to the second window then.

I received a container of tartar sauce instead of 6 chicken nuggets. Then they refused to correct their mistake. Nick needs to take a class in customer service!
