My order was not only wrong but items were replaced without consent with things we didn’t even want/ CANNOT EAT. The drive through was wrapped around the ENTIRE TIME. One of the employees in a yellow hoodie was standing outside on the phone smoking staring at people coming in the entire time. The lady who brought it Didn’t even bother to make sure we had what we needed or even LET US KNOW OF THE SUBSTITUTION. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE make sure to triple check before you leave.

I waited for 20 minutes for one breakfast biscuit. I pulled up to window one and they told me to go to window 2. I sat there and watched everyone else get their food at window 1. I had to call the restaurant and remind them that I was sitting out there. They did not apologize. They did not offer to comp my meal. And I am late for work now.

The one good thing I will say is it seems they dropped some of their prices recently. I know the 10pc Nugget Combo was over $11 at one point, and now it’s back under $10. The atmosphere is typical of a McDonalds. Not like any Victoria Secret models are coming into a McDonalds to eat. The service is so and so. Sometimes you’ll go in there and have to wait 15 minutes before someone comes to take your order. The store may look nicer since the remodeling, but the food quality is no where near it used to be.

McDonald’s this is not a macchiato this is caramel milk! I’m so tired of paying for these “coffees” when there’s not even coffee in them! Also, the drive through SHOULD not be taking that long to serve people! Definitely in the morning you have 2 maybe 3 cars in line when I go and it takes at least 15 minutes!

The staff here, OMGosh they are just amazing. They take time to get to know their customers, remember their orders, and any extras, sometimes I forget to ask for my favorite dipping sauce for my burger and they remember for me every time! My son had a blast with the Grimace tour here, he danced with Grimace the whole time and they gave each kid a free T-shirt that day along with winning a prize from the bingo song game!

Sunday sep 28. This crew was horrible. None of the muffins were even cooked. They looked and tasted like they were pulled straight from the bread bag. Didnt get our order right, then ran out of sausage and couldn’t make the order right. That was after taking a long time to even get the order out. Food here is just getting worse. It is starting to taste like cardboard. This is the 3rd let down on breakfast at this location. So I will be going somewhere else if I need breakfast again

Made an online order for just nuggets and fries. Simple right? Well all three fries are half full and half cooked and some of the nuggets were hard. I tried to call and was placed on hold and forgot about. Hung up after 10mins only to continue to call and the line to be busy because they forgot about it.

Its McDonald’s, double drive through, short wait times, burgers are normal, fries are usually hot, parking is kind of a pain, as well as the curb pulling in. Nice staff.
