I’ve been to this location several times as it’s closest to me, and each time they’ve gotten the order wrong. This time, I paid for a large fry among other items, and this is what we received. They were cold and limp, and the burger was cool to the touch. Not even room temp. The employees are more concerned with their own conversations with each other and wasn’t paying attention to the orders on the screen. I review frequently, and tend to give a lot of leniency to McDonald’s, opting not to review most of the time as I understand the overall quality of the food chain. But this is just getting ridiculous..Guess I’ll be driving the extra distance to the next one actually of quality in Hillsborough.

Everyone is always friendly and food is always hot and very good. I drive a good 30 minutes to go to McDonald’s on Mebane Oaks road from Burlington and I don’t know why other fast food places in Burlington can’t do the same thing . Kudos to the staff in Mebane for making sure that my order is always hot and fresh.

The drive through is extremely slow. The person who was taking the orders did not know what she was doing. I was in line for over 15 minutes to get a coffee. I could not place my order using the microphone and had to drive to the window to do it. The experience ruined my morning. Don’t go to this McDonald’s if you can find another place to go. Very frustrating. Sad that the only McDonald’s we have in Mebane has this poor customer services. They need to hire better employees.

We stopped here one morning this week, for some delicious breakfast. Everything was well until the moment my friend took a bite of her hash brown… This poor lady almost lost her tooth! Hash brown was pretty much overcooked or should I say burnt! Man… just take it out the fryer once it beeps.

After I placed my order at the speaker, I let associate know my order was wrong. Instead of fixing it, she asked me to tell the person at the first window to correct. When I pulled up to the second window, I witnessed multiple employee’s passing around a vape. When the young girl went to use vape in view of window, I noticed another employee point out she should at least go where she’s not in front of the window. Disgusting and will not eat here again after todays experience!

Not good. The food was cold after having to wait. Fries soggy. They threw our bag of food on the counter and didn’t give us cups for drinks. After asking for them, the worker acted like it was a major inconvenience to have to get them. They weren’t busy, so we weren’t slowing them down, just distracting her from her gossip session with her co-worker. Two drink machines, only one had ice, and the other didn’t have a functioning coke or coke zero spout. It was there as a choice, but broken.

Been here numerous times, but the kiosk need to go. Hours say 24 hour drive thru, but came by 3:20am after getting out of hospital with my son and he was starving, they were closed all lights were off. Fix your hours, or open up.
