My visit was NOT good at this McDonald’s. Firstly, there was not a single straw in the entire building. I know things happen, but come on. The service was very slow, and the staff were not all that nice about things. My food WAS good, but after having to wait nearly 15 minutes for a cheeseburger, I was pretty disappointed.

I’m not sure when things changed, definitely AFTER the remodel, but they took the drink machine out so you can’t get your own drink anymore. They removed the station for condiments too. You have to hope an employee notices you and stops long enough to ask what you need to get anything.
They removed most of the menu from the wall, and employees don’t ask to take your order anymore. They force you to order on their kiosks. It won’t be long before they have robots doing everything.
The shelf for DoorDash orders is out where anyone can grab them. I saw a child crawling all over the shelf, whole body on a shelf. I think they need that station where the general public can’t get to it. They’re not monitoring who grabs orders. Anyone can take the bags of food and anyone can put their dirty hands and feet all over everything.
They also now have a sign up stating you can only stay for 30 minutes. McDonald’s was one of the few places for people to use wifi and kill time. I’m not sure how much this is enforced, but the idea itself is crazy to me. I’m surprised they still have wifi.
And when did the cheapest burgers start costing $4 or more?? I remember when a Mcdouble and McChicken were under $2. There’s nothing cheap here anymore.

I ordered a happy nugget meal and i ordered it online. I usually sit and check everything but I was coming from work and they’ve gotten it right the last few times so I thought it’d be good. The fries were completely soggy and they didn’t put any sauce. We already had to sit in the line for 10 minutes so the least I expect is the order to be correct and edible

I get that this location was closing early but 2 employees was very rude 1 being the manager. I had been sitting in the drive thru and truck in front of me was was stuck spinning on ice so I said ill go inside and take my food to go. We’ll when I got inside I was told the inside was closed. I explained about the issue in the drive through and then the manager come out in a bad mood and when I tried to say what was going on she didn’t hear me out. As a General Manager of a restaurant this is unacceptable behavior and it wasn’t just me in was 3 or 4 more customers in the dining room and a couple was actually dining in. None the less I will be going to mayodan for my daily frappe.

Let me start by saying I go here every day for an iced coffee and they are so sweet! It’s a blonde lady, light skin young boy and a caramel skinned young boy will medium length hair (I haven’t asked for any names although I should) anyways they’re always so nice, quick, and one of them always

This location is just average. Typical service and typical food. The parking lot had homeless people sitting beneath the trees on the outer perimeter of the property from time to time. Their presence isn’t what bothers me, the trash left behind is. I have nothing to contribute about the dining room because I always use the drive thru.

This evening my daughter and I were on our way home from a visit to family. We were rerouted due to an accident. I have never before been to Eden but we found ourselves there at dinner time. We were trying to get home so thought we’d use the drive through to make things quicker. We literally sat on the drive through for 30 minutes and even we finally got out food, it was wrong. I waited 30 minutes for a burger that I had to throw out the window. Probably the worst “fast” food experience ever!

The fries aren’t even cooked, the burgers are yuck and sloppy. No kids meal drink. SMH this is the last time I’ll order from there or go there. The food is just disgusting anymore. Too many better options.
Update: Gave them another chance and not any better. I ordered a cheeseburger with regular mayo and extra onion. It was a hot mess and I gave it to the birds. See photo of burger. I just opened the wrapper and said forget it.

The Blended Ginger
One of the managers at the Eden McDonald’s is rude and unfriendly to customers and shouldn’t work around people. He is the bigger guy with dark hair. No matter how kind you are him he is super unfriendly. This is how he is everytime I go in there. I hope he doesn’t treat his employees the way he treats customers.

Ordered food at 5:30 pm its now 6:17 still no food. Employees playing around and slow. I understand there is a new item out but does not need to take this long. Especially when there is horseplay going on.
