every time I come to this location, I always get great customer service great food smile maybe a couple of times they have not given me a straw, but that’s the smallest mistake. They ever made and their food is always hot and fast.

McDonald’s has tendency to never customize your order. Examples: kids meal yot ask for 2 apples to replace the fries. You ask for 2 barbecue sauce and they either don’t give any or the wrong flavor. After repeating your order to them, they still get the order wrong. Another example is a plain fish sandwich, just fish in a bun. They give you a fish sandwich with tartar sauce and cheese. The just don’t either care, hear you but not listening to you. So many are just rude. You say thank you and some will just shove your order out the window. AND it’s not always a language barrier. That’s just rude and unacceptable.

Great McDonalds here. The food was excellent, well cooked, and made just right. The fries were almost perfect, with the right amount of salt, and they definitely weren’t warmed over from yesterday.
The service was fairly quick, but I also went inside to eat for my lunch break, and i did notice on my way out that there were a couple of cars waiting for their food in the drive thru parking lanes. They got it within a couple of minutes of waiting, so it wasn’t that bad.
The inside was not the cleanest, and the bathroom needed quite a bit of work, but the entire dining area was about 70% clean, and there wasn’t any trash laying around.
I had my food brought to me at the table since I ordered from the kiosk, so I only interacted with the employee once, and she was very nice.
All in all, this is a nice mcdonalds that I would definitely stop at again! There were no major issues or problems, and the environment was decent. Recommed.

Stopped in while traveling for a snack ordered a small shake while driving so it would be ready when I arrived. Went to bathroom first, came out and still wasn’t ready. It took at least 2 minutes for an employee to even acknowledge me by the mobile pick up and then they made my shake. Should have been waiting for me….

I placed an order online and low and behold if they didn’t screw it up.
I ordered the the double cheeseburger meal and a 10 piece nuggets with large fries and 2 orders of the 2 apple pies ( so I should’ve gotten 4 pies).
Fries were cold as hell and I only got 1 order of pies.
Ive tried calling and go figure the line is always busy.
Good luck leaving a review because when there incompetent staff screws up they wont to blame door dash or Uber eats. At least thats the email response I just received.

I ordered two quarter pound meals from this McDonald’s on Hwy 66 in Kernersville fish sandwich two apple pies well when I got home one of my Quarter Pounder meals I bet into the hamburger and it was raw so I got aggravated I brought it back just like it was after I had poured my fries into the Container beside of the hamburger I was so aggravated I had walked out and left the drink but I had to drive all the way back and waste my gas for their sorry hamburger and then she wanted to only give me part of my money back I think that’s pretty poor service when a customer has to bring it back because it’s not cooked

Employees were nice enough. My fries tasted funny so I went in to get fresh.It turns out it was the oil. Lady said it can’t be changed till the afternoon. My fish sandwich had a half of a piece of cheese. So for $10 I get old fries and a fish sandwich with half cheese. Thankfully the Coke was good.
